Description

The hotel was originally a Villa in the Bauhaus style and was transformed into a hotel in the 1950's though the interesting and particular style has not been lost.

Even though the hotel is very close to the centre it is an oasis of tranquility.

Breakfast is not included in the tarifs and you can choose every day if you want it in the Hotel or perhaps on the beach. We do not have Air conditioning.

Free WiFi Zone and free Parking.

The hotel is set back 70 yards from the road in its 18, 000 square feet garden.

The pedestrian precinct starts only a few yards from our front gate.

The sandy beach is about 60 yards from the hotel. The private beach establishments are well appointed and attractive. If you prefer the free beach there is one, also well looked after, very close to the hotel.

Our hotel is situated in a large and shady garden. There is free parking (not secured) for all our client's cars. We are about 60 yards from the sea front and about 120 yards from the center of Marina di Massa. We are close to Lucca, Pisa, the 5 terre and the white marble mountains of Carrara. . Florence is an hour away or save your energy and take the direct train. . lots for super trips can be made using the hotel as a base. We will help plan your trips and give you lots of tips!!!!

I had a very good experience, but I have to say that there are some negative aspects, which however are not too relevant. In my room, for example, there were missing sockets: there was one in the bathroom and one for the fan, but there were none near the bedside tables. On one bedside table, however, there was a lamp, which was not connected. The bathroom was a bit small, without a bidet and had no shower tray. The floor was flat under the toilet, which means you flooded everything every time. Finally, there was no private terrace to hang out swimsuits or beach towels. There was only a common terrace.

We stayed at Hotel Caprice for 3 days and we enjoyed it. The staff is very kind and friendly. The hotel is clean and that's the most important thing, even though the rooms are a bit dated. They are renovating, so it will be even better. We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything and see you next time!

"Wonderful place a stone's throw from the center of Marina di Massa and very close to the beach, both free and paid. The management is excellent: Mrs. Selene and Jessica are wonderful people, very competent and fond of children. In addition to the rooms, the structure has a beautiful garden with several gazebos where you can have breakfast or snacks. You can also use a dedicated refrigerator to always have ice pops ready for your cooler bags. It's the second time we go there and we will definitely return soon. I recommend it to those who want to have a vacation without having to use the car to get around, because everything is within easy reach."

Exceptional location, very close to the beach, very convenient parking. Extremely kind and friendly staff. The structure is not new, but still very clean. We had a good time, I recommend it for those who want a stress-free stay.

Posizione ottima, vicinissima al mare e al centro ma zona tranquilla. Struttura anche se datata, dispone di camere semplici e funzionali pulitissime. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziarvi per averci aspettato fino a tardi la sera dell'arrivo e di averci dato la possibilità di lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio anche dopo aver lasciato la camera.

Carina la struttura. La nostra stanza era però nella depandance/bungalow che almeno fino alle 22 risultava un forno rovente. C'era un ventilatore un po' datato e rumoroso, forse sarebbero meglio almeno le pale al soffitto. Pulizia della camera e del bagno ottima, però la struttura sarebbe da sistemare, il lavabo da sostituire (rovinato e piccolo e ancora con due rubinetti) le tapparelle sono rotte. Bello il giardino. I proprietari sono gentilissimi.

Ci sono dei clienti che mi prenotano quella sistemazione da un anno all'altro, amano essere in giardino con il loro tavolino all'ombra, anche se normalmente quella stanza è molto fresca quest'anno abbiamo dovuto potare gli alberi e la differenza si sente. Tengo le dita incrociate che i rami si sbrighino a crescere! Non mettiamo le pale a soffitto perché non c'è l'altezza di sicurezza e non ci fidiamo dei bambini che saltano sui letti e le pale verrebbero ad essere proprio sui letti. Certo che se sistemassi la struttura sarebbe meglio, anzi potrei diventare un tre stelle e fare altri prezzi. Per quanto riguarda la tapparella rotta, se me lo avesse detto avrei rimediato subito. Grazie di aver preso il tempo per lasciare i suoi commenti e sono contenta nell'insieme vi siate trovati bene. Buona estate Donata.

Note positive: i gestori/proprietari sono gentili e disponibili anche per le piccole esigenze (frigorifero a disposizione, deposito bagagli e parcheggio auto anche oltre l'orario in cui si lascia libera la camera). Un bel giardino, la vicinanza al mare. La struttura è senz'altro datata ma nel complesso pulita e confortevole. Suggerimenti: potrebbe essere utile installare delle zanzariere.

La struttura è un po' datata (per noi più che sufficiente visto che quando andiamo in giro usiamo la stanza solo per dormire e lavarci) però teniamo in considerazione che si tratta di un 2 stelle, per cui c'e tutto quello che ti serve (c'e anche un frigorifero a disposizione degli ospiti). Noi abbiamo preso 4 giorni di caldo tremendo per cui con il ventilatore abbiamo un po' sofferto ma superato anche questo. La nostra stanza era con balcone per cui sicuramente più spaziosa, le altre non le abbiamo viste. La posizione è ottima, da un lato hai il mare, dall'altro il centro; parcheggio interno comodissimo; da non sottovalutare la gentilezza e cordialità dei due titolari, veramente squisiti.

Grazie per la recensione molto apprezzata, perché precisa e puntuale: noi siamo proprio così. È vero che il nostro Hotel è un po' datato (come noi d'altronde) ma come dice giustamente è per questo che siamo un 2 stelle. Solo 3 camere hanno il balcone ma ci sono comunque 2.000 metri di giardino per tutti. Il gran caldo ahimè ce lo siamo presi tutti ma quando qui avevamo 33° mio figlio a Brescia ne aveva 41° e poi il basso tasso di umidità ci ha aiutato molto.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura una sola notte lo scorso week end, ottima la cordialità e la disponibilità dei gestori. Le camere sono spaziose, profumate e pulite. Buona cosa la possibilità di lasciare la macchina all'interno del parcheggio che è sempre ben ombreggiato. La struttura è situata in una posizione ottima sia per raggiungere la spiaggia che il centro di Marina di Massa. Seppur il nostro soggiorno è stato breve lo consiglierei anche per periodi più lunghi. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!
