The Gourmet Villa Landucci Bed and Breakfast was created by Florence on Call with the aim of offering a cozy place to discover the enogastronomic culture of the area, combined with the beauty of the city and its surroundings.
We are dedicated to promoting local producers, highlighting the quality of their foods and wines: we offer a healthy and organic breakfast (but not only), a wine cellar with all the best wines in the area, and a gastronomic library. And let's not forget about the city's and its surroundings' artisanal excellences.
The Villa, elegantly furnished, is spread over two floors for a total area of 280 square meters, with a garden of 100 square meters and private parking (extra fee). It has perfect spaces for small events, and all rooms are spacious and bright, with balconies and terraces overlooking the garden, with comfortable armchairs and sofas.
Built in 1930, the Villa is named after Luca Landucci, a Florentine Renaissance apothecary. Its location, just 2 km from the Duomo, near Via Gioberti, makes it perfect for reaching the center of Florence, Fiesole and the wonderful Tuscan countryside.

Since we met on 2010 Laura and I shared the passion for travel, good food and history & secrets of Florence. Our top year was 2016 when we visited the biggest 5 museums of the world in 10 months only (Louvre, National Museum, MET, Fields Museum, Hermitage) and obviousely our Uffizi!
Related to hospitality my career start in ’98 from the bottom step of hospitality, the boy turning the doors. Only 6 years after I was a Clef d’Or member and Head Concierge of Hilton Florence Metropole, than similar position in the exclusive Palazzo Tornabuoni before starting my management run in a Chianti Hotel and now the new adventure in Villa Landucci.
Laura was an artisan – she made the amazing shade of Chianti Room – before following me in this new idea of hospitality.

Villa Landucci enjoys a strategic position from which to visit the beauties of Florence and Tuscany. Located just 2km from the Gate of Paradise in the center of Florence, cradle of the Renaissance, it is an excellent starting point to discover the city, the Chianti area and its characteristic villages.
The neighbout where Villa Landucci is located is mainly a Florentines area and you can breath a more authentic atmosphere than in the Touristic City Center. The area surrounding Florence is full of towns and villages hosting gastronomical, historical, artistic excellences. You can start from Impruneta historically linked to terracotta: there are furnaces that still adopt the old production techniques, dating back to 1098 and laboratories open to the public, both to visit and to purchase.

Good price product. Both Matteo and the staff of the place have been very attentive and helpful. Excellent cleanliness, excellent bed and shower. Adequate breakfast. Location in a nice neighborhood, close to the historic center, one block from public transport. Without a doubt, we would choose it again.

Excellent solution for visiting the city in a neighborhood away from mass tourism, but convenient to reach the historic center. The manager is able to tell an alternative Florence if you already know the city but want to see something new. Excellent advice on local dining places.

Room (for 4) very pleasant with a view of the garden. Matteo was very accommodating to allow us to use the parking lot before the hour, and very good advice for our stay. Breakfast would be better if it were more authentic and less industrial.

Beautiful Villa with garden and car parking, comfortable, clean, located 2 km from everything that is visitable in Florence, very quiet place with Matteo, manager, owner, proprietor, director, a fantastic person, with a unique preparation, sociable, helpful, makes you feel comfortable and then advises you on everything by doing a briefing at the table with a map in hand on what to see in Florence and also in the surroundings, with a very precise list, recommends where to eat well with value for money, also suggests the best ice cream shops (recommendation why not since 1939), explains some tidbits or anecdotes about the city and/or monuments, what can I say, should be appointed as Tourism assessor, top! I highly recommend Villa Landucci and Matteo to everyone.

We stayed at Gourmet B&B Villa Landucci on the last weekend of October. The historic building, with a private garden, is well maintained and the rooms are well-kept. Convenient internal parking. Abundant and tasty breakfast. Matteo, the manager, available for any need, is a mine of information about the city and the places where you can taste the gastronomic and wine specialties of the area. An excellent experience.

Very nice place, extremely convenient internal car parking, honest and very helpful manager, price unchanged even when using the holiday bonus, unlike many others.\nA few small flaws: the hair dryer, one of those small ones on the wall, sometimes didn't work, and I would have added a few more shelves in the bathroom and shower.\nIn any case, it is a property we would gladly return to.

Nice structure, Matteo is a very kind and helpful person, ready to solve any problem or need of the customer. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast a bit too rich in butter but I understand that Americans and Germans prefer it that way. Great location. Highly recommended.

We chose this fabulous property for its excellent location, as the city center is within walking distance in about 15-20 minutes, with the possibility of conveniently leaving the car in the private parking lot. We noticed from the moment of booking the courtesy of the owner Matteo, passionate about his work, who warmly welcomed us offering his availability throughout our stay to provide us with excellent advice and information on where to go and where to eat. Very kind and professional also the collaborator Elisa. The atmosphere of the property is welcoming and well-kept in detail. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was truly delicious, fresh, and varied. I would gladly return!
