The Orti di Mulina is a charming farmhouse nestled in the tranquility of Versilia, a secluded spot perfect for enjoying moments of genuine relaxation just about twenty minutes from the sandy beaches of the coast. The property is surrounded by greenery and the peacefulness of nature: the shade of the trees and the cool waters of the nearby stream provide refreshing relief during summer days, while the evenings become particularly enchanting. In the spacious equipped patio, guests can host delightful barbecues, stroll through the garden flowers, or immerse themselves in the scents of the botanical garden while waiting for nightfall to watch fireflies and listen to the sounds of the forest. The facility offers Wi-Fi access and private parking.

The house is spacious and inviting, spread across three levels, and features generous spaces designed for family or friends’ stays. The interiors include three bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, two bathrooms, a main kitchen, a secondary kitchen, and a laundry area, as well as two cellars. It accommodates up to eight guests, with the option to extend to ten upon request. Outside, there is a large furnished patio, a quaint storage shed, and a small walled garden with a barbecue, along with approximately one thousand square meters of land comprising garden and woodland, creating a particularly picturesque natural setting.

Guests have full access to the entire house and can take advantage of convenient private parking located directly on the provincial road.

From the parking area, the property can be reached quickly by following a short path through the small grove, taking about a minute on foot, or by using a wider dirt road that leads to the charming little bridge over the Vezza stream. The house is arranged over three floors—ground, first, and second—and the top level is connected by a distinctive, somewhat steep wooden staircase. For this reason, the structure is not suitable for individuals with mobility difficulties.
