Description

You arrive late in Pisa and leave early. From today it's easy because B&B Gate 52 is born. We are located at 150mt from the G.Galilei, and at only 15 minutes from the historic centre and monuments. Our rooms are spacious, lighted, equipped with LCD TV, wi-fi and are refreshed by ample ceiling fans. Bathrooms are large with hair-dryer and bath set.We offer a coffee break, daily cleaning; reception and use kitchen on request 24h.A few steps you find shops and supermarket. The bus stop Red Line is only at 30mt,you can arrive in 5 minutes at the central station and finally to the leaning in Tower.

The location is excellent. The room provides everything needed for a 4-hour sleep. The breakfast, although indicated, consists of a packaged croissant and a kettle for tea. The bathroom is shared.

The hotel is close to the airport, about a 5-minute walk away. The central station is not far either, about a 15-minute walk. The price is fair. The room was in good condition and the bathroom was good as well. The only drawback is that the bathroom was shared with other rooms and voices from other rooms could be heard. But for us, it was very convenient. Thank you Rocco.

The only good feature about this property was that it is five minutes' walk from the airport, however I will never stay at this property again. The bed was very low and uncomfortable and was more like a camp bed. It was a good job that I am quite a small person. The pillow was rock hard and the floor was wet which meant that the bed cover became more and more damp through the night. I never saw the host although he had texted me on the day to find out what time I was arriving, and it felt more like a doss house than a B and B - I didn't feel completely safe. The breakfast in the morning is a small chocolate/vanilla cake in a plastic wrapper - I didn't even bother with it.

If you have to catch an early morning flight, this accommodation is great. It is clean and has a shared bathroom. There is no air conditioning, but it has a quiet fan, wonderful. As in all of Italy, there is no elevator. You have coffee and coffee maker, tea, sugar, a microwave and fridge at your disposal, as well as glasses. All this makes the accommodation great and helps you with the early wake-up call.

Fairly convenient facility for those who need to catch a flight as it is very close to the airport. For the rest, unlike what is written, there is no internet and the TV in my room did not work.

The owner was kind, unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in the room, I don't know what it was due to, but all in all I had a good time, the breakfast was adequate. The environment was clean.

Perhaps because it was the first time I found myself in this situation, the organization of the reception was a bit difficult, but because it was outside my standard. I only spent one night "in passing", so the evaluation is almost invalid. Breakfast consisted of a coffee capsule... overall Ok.

Gate 52 is very convenient for an overnight stop within walking distance of Pisa Galilei Airport. Simply furnished accommodation with shared bathroom accommodation. A simple breakfast was provided but as we had an early start we did not have it. Price reasonable in line with the standard of accommodation. We did not meet Rocco, the host, but his communications were very good and instructions clear.

Location close to the airport. The train took only about 5 minutes to reach the departure hall. Otherwise, there's nothing to give good ratings to. The room shown may be present in the property, but it doesn't resemble the double room we had. A creaking fan on the ceiling that we didn't dare leave on, fearing it might fall. Two very worn out bathrooms to share with the other guests.

The main advantage is the favorable location compared to the airport. It's difficult to rest, the rooms are very hot, the street is noisy for the rooms facing the front. Breakfast, mentioned in the offer and price, is completely absent.

Medium-budget B&B, dated structure and not very welcoming rooms with outdated furniture. It's okay for one night, but personally, I would never bring my girlfriend there.

Theoretical bed and breakfast, in reality you pay very little but you don't even have a minimum of breakfast, done outside the structure. Payment in advance of 50% and balance on arrival. Heating on from 9 pm to midnight, lucky that the house is quite warm. We didn't even meet the manager because he was not present. I will return to Pisa but certainly not here.

Locale facile da raggiungere se si arriva dall'aeroporto, Ambiente discreto ma pulito, personale cordiale, la cosa scomoda é il bagno in un corridoio in comune con altre stanze e assenza di un frigo in camera. Prezzo modesto se si é più di uno.

Logement proche de l'aéroport et de la gare de Pise. Pratique pour y dormir une nuit maximum. Pas de petit déjeuner. Il y a de quoi se faire un thé ou un café en poudre le matin. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Gestore indisponente. Pulizia della camera accettabile. Due phone a muro che tutti e due dopo 1 minuto smettevano di funzionare. Camera con tapparella rotta. Mancavano gli asciugamani granfi per la doccia e non c’era in dotazione il set di cortesia. Due bagni in comune X 4 camere con cose allucinanti al mattino. Esperienza assolutamente da non ripetere.

Gestore scortese, non puoi rimproverare uno al telefono solo perché non ti risponde quando lo chiami, se uno ha un lavoro particolare magari non può risponderti. Quando poi ho letto il messaggio mail e l ho chiamato è stato molto aggressivo e scocciato. Bello mio se vuoi fare affari stai sbagliando di grosso atteggiamento! Avevo detto che arrivavo per le 19.30 in stazione, ho provato a telefonargli per 30 minuti raggiungendo nel frattempo la struttura, e aspettando fuori al freddo. Spazientita ho provato a suonare e un ospite mi ha aperto. Vi erano camere, preparate con chiavi appese e fatture e ricevute con dati sensibili in bella vista di tutti. W la privacy. Asciugamani zuppi buttati qui e li per i bagni e camere che puzzavano di chiuso. Struttura vecchia e con porte di legno dove senti qualsiasi minimo rumore. Uno sbattimento di porte a tutte le ore specie durante la notte! Porta della struttura rimasta spalancata durante la notte, poteva entrare chiunque. Al mio arrivo in contemporanea con una coppia il gestore non si è nemmeno presentato! Abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci da soli. Tazze e bicchieri sporchi lasciati un po' ovunque.. In camera trovi la tua misera colazione una cialda di caffè dico una! e un plumcake. Stop! Camere fredde e 2 bagni per 5 stanze per altro fredde e scure. Struttura ideale per chi vuol buttar via soldi, non dormire e imbattersi in gestori scortesi!

Nous avons passé quelques heures dans cette chambre avant de reprendre l'avion. Il est dommage d'avoir dû payer 10 euros supplémentaires pour un check-in après minuit (alors que nous les avions appelé dans la soirée). La propreté est correcte, l'emplacement idéal (tout près de l'aéroport), la qualité du lit laisse à désirer. Un peu cher pour la prestation proposée. Nous n'avons pas profité du petit déjeuner.

Arrivando in tarda serata e dovendo ripartire il giorno dopo ho optato per una soluzione semplice e facilmente raggiungibile ma seppur minimo, il mio soggiorno e'stato pessimo. Accoglienza pessima, avevo prenotato una singola e mi è stata data una stanza dietro la reception davanti l'ingresso (questo mi fa pensare che normalmente è di utilizzo del personale data anche la presenza di un ripostiglio e che mi e'stata assegnata all'improvviso quando io avevo prenotato con molto anticipo). Sui materassi non ci si poteva dormire completamente. L'angolo colazione, se così si può definire, era sporco e vicino ai bagni. Una delle due caraffe aveva il fondo nero. Seppur economico non ci si aspetta tale trattamento. Non lo consiglierei.

La struttura, anche se posso accettare lo standard, guardando i prezzi, non corrispondeva al servizio prenotato! Ho prenotato una stanza con il letto doppio, mi sono ritrovato in una stanza con due letti singoli. Ho fatto subito il reclamo al personale che mi ha risposto di non avere altre scelte. Ho telefonato al gestore che maleducatamente mi ha risposto "se le piace, prenda quello se no può anche andarsene via, il personale le restituirà i soldi". La maleducazione e polemica in questo caso NON sono accettabili. NON penso di potermi servire più da questo B&B. Antonio.

Affittacamere comodo per raggiungere l'aeroporto, le camere sono essenziali e sarebbero da rimodernare. La colazione è scarsa e di bassa qualità, forse era meglio non averla. I bagni in comune li ho trovati puliti, ma dipende anche dalla cortesia degli altri ospiti, ma comunque dovrebbero essere rifatti (vecchi e obsoleti). Si trova su una via molto trafficata e non è un posto tranquillo. Per il prezzo però è perfetto per un appoggio per la notte per essere vicini all'aeroporto. Il proprietario è stato gentile.

A pochi passi dall'aerroporto e non troppo distante dalla stazione ferroviaria, che si può facilmente raggiungere a piedi. Ideale per coloro che debbano partire con aereo nelle prime ore della giornata. È molto pulito e ben gestito. Le camere sono comode e abbastanza silenziose.
