"Fullino Nero RTA" offers vacation apartments, equipped with every comfort, created from the recent renovation of the ancient farmhouse Fullino Nero. The Residence is located in the countryside, in the hills surrounding Siena. A large garden and our olive grove surround the property. The city center is about 3km away.
"Fullino Nero" is located in a quiet area, immersed in greenery and nature, but at the same time close to the center of Siena, easily accessible by public transport.
The Residence is the ideal place for those looking for a relaxing holiday, as well as for those who want to visit Siena, its surroundings, but also all the other main tourist destinations in Tuscany.
The Residence "Fullino Nero" offers daily everything necessary for breakfast in the apartment or, alternatively, has agreements with a nearby bar.
Each housing unit has an independent entrance with a spacious equipped area, some have a terrace overlooking the surrounding hills and the city.
The interior of each apartment respects the rural Tuscan architecture, maintaining exposed wooden beams and faithfully restored brick arches. Each apartment is equipped with individual air conditioning and heating, telephone, satellite TV, internet/Wi-Fi connection, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen or kitchenette. The bathrooms with anteroom are furnished with modern design accessories.

Stunning place with a great view over the hills of Siena. Convenient parking. Strategically perfect for visiting Siena and surroundings (San Gimignano-Volterra etc.). The only two shortcomings we found are: One, the lack of breakfast offerings (in the room there is only a Moka pot for coffee) and given that the structure is a bed and breakfast... The second, more of an oversight than a flaw, we were not informed of the presence of a safe in the room (discovered only the next morning). However, I recommend this property to everyone, and we will definitely return.

Wonderful, we had a breathtaking view of the panorama as soon as we opened the door in the early morning, a silence, a peace. Great place to relax, we stayed there for a week with a 3-year-old girl, all peaceful. The only flaw is the mosquitoes, they are everywhere, you need to prepare well for this problem, for the rest all wonderful.

Beautiful farmhouse on the hills very close to Siena. The apartment is comfortable, well furnished, air-conditioned. I really appreciated the presence of the laundry room for guests, included in the price. The owner is very kind and helpful. Impeccable service with daily towel change and garbage disposal! If you are in that area, I highly recommend it.
