The farmhouse has been there for years. Surrounded by groves, plants and trees, just a few steps out of Porta Tufi, on a hill, it remained for decades as a silent observer.
After a year from the works start, after much cleaning, restoring and furnishing, still nobody could figure such a jewel: a real Tuscan farmhouse just outside Siena ancient walls, at some meters from the historical centre. With a garden, a small forest and a wonderful landscape all around.
After cleaning the walls, the windows, the beams, the floors, after restoring and decoring them, after giving the farmhouse a new splendor, we thought at the guests who would have spent there unforgettable days of vacation: we then furnished it with the colors of this land, with the sun of the sunflowers, with the red of the sundowns, with comfortable beds and long long vanes along the windows.
We thought about each small details, from the mosaic-decorated fireplace, entirely reconstructed by hand, to the garden, where chairs and tables alternate to the fresh grass, in fronto of a splendid view over the sienese countryside. Recently, the new management has renewed the kitchen and introduced the pizzeria side in addition to the aperitifs, first and second courses.
In the evening, the location acquires a warm and welcoming atmosphere thanks to the effect of the thousands of lit lanterns positioned throughout the garden.

Este alojamiento, así como el servicio y contacto, fue una decepción, anularon mi reserva con menos de 48 horas antes de mi llegada por un correo poco fiable, ofreciéndome otro lugar mucho más alejado de la ciudad y que no tenía nada que ver con lo que había elegido. A pesar de mis intentos de contactar con el alojamiento por teléfono y SMS, para resolver el problema, fue imposible obtener una respuesta de su parte. Si no es por un local que llamo para confirmar si mi reserva
había sido cancelada definitivamente no hubiera sabido a donde llegar Horrible experiencia de servicio al cliente. No recomiendo este lugar por su mal servicio al cliente.

Il B&B è molto carino. Lo stile rustico toscano delle camere, il giardino ampio, la vista delle colline che circondano Siena, il silenzio rilassante lo fanno sembrare più un ottimo agriturismo di campagna che un B&b che offre servizi da hotel 4 stelle. Ho apprezzato la pulizia delle camere e la gentilezza delle ragazze alla reception. La saletta delle colazioni è piccolina ma ben servita sia di dolce che di salato.
Ampio e riservato parcheggio. Porta Tufi è a 3 minuti d’auto, vicino hanno anche la fermata del bus. Purtroppo il bus ferma alle 20:30. È un'ottima struttura per soggiornare a Siena se si ha la macchina o la moto. Da ritornarci.

Ottima posizione per accedere alla città, comodo parcheggio, stanza spaziosa e pulita, buono il cambio biancheria. Bagno un po’ buio e angusto ma discreto.
Colazione abbondante, peccato per i dolci non artigianali ma confezionati, però non si può pretendere di avere tutto. Soggiorno di 3 giorni tutto sommato più che positivo.

La struttura ha molte potenzialità, ma tutto si perde nei dettagli che poi dettagli non sono: l’accesso al parcheggio e alla struttura sono su una strada un po’ pericolosa, le stanze sono ben arredate, il bagno nuovo, ma la doccia ha la muffa e tutti i miscelatori sono vecchi e pieni di calcare e quindi sembrano sporchi. Il frigo in camera non funzionava (e ad agosto serve!) e nonostante le nostre segnalazioni nessuni ha fatto niente. La colazione è stata deludente: affettati e formaggi di scarsa qualità, torte e croissant confezionati e il resto prodotti ordinari. La colazione si può fare anche nel giardino, ma in caso di mal tempo all’interno ci sono solo 3 tavoli per la colazione di 1/3 dei villeggianti.

Struttura molto bella, con un restauro che ne esalta le caratteristiche.
Colazione veramente generosa, con ampia offerta sia di dolce che di salato, peccato solo che la macchinetta del caffè avesse avuto un problema, ma può capitare e si accetta.
Le stanze arredate con gusto, letti e cuscini comodi.
Se dobbiamo trovare delle note negative esse sono legate agli infissi delle stanze del piano terra, senza zanzariere e che non consentivano di essere lasciate aperte senza esporre a ovvi rischi.

Camera fredda, in bagno presenza di muffa per non parlare del piatto doccia che presentava peli. Noi eravamo in coppia e nella stanza era presente un solo telo doccia.

Ottima struttura con mezzo pubblico a 150 metri che consente di dimenticarsi di utilizzare la macchina una volta parcheggiata all'arrivo. I biglietti si possono fare direttamente al Bar che porta lo stesso nome del B&B al piano inferiore della dependance, oppure alla fermata con la macchinetta automatica. Gabriella che gestisce questo B&B è stata cordiale e disponibile nel fornirci le indicazioni per ottimizzare la nostra visita a Siena, abbiamo potuto anche fare una prenotazione on line dei biglietti grazie alla sua disponibilità (ci ha preservato dalla coda in biglietteria potendo procedere direttamente al ritiro dei biglietti per le visite). Abbiamo alloggiato nelle camere della Dependance che sono essenziali, pulite e curate. La colazione è familiare, con torte come fatte in casa, succhi di frutta come da tradizione, dolce e salato a disposizione. L'ambiente raccolto dove vengono servite le colazioni consente di creare un clima di piacevole conversazione con gli altri ospiti. Bellissimo il giardino su cui le stanze al piano terra della dependance si affacciano. Davvero una bella esperienza che ci auguriamo di ripetere in futuro sia per la cordialità di chi gestisce, sia per la qualità della struttura.

Sistemazione in una dimora caratteristica e vicinissima al centro di Siena, pur rimanendo comoda da raggiungere. Ampia la stanza e pratico il parcheggio privato e gratuito. Personale gentile e disponibile per informazioni e curiosità. Da tornarci!

Ho soggiornato in occasione di 1 manifestazione sportiva alla quale ho partecipato. Molto gentili a preparare la colazione alle ore 6:00 a.m. con pasta in bianco come richiesto! Tornerò l'anno prossimo.

Stanze bellissime e pulite posizione comoda per arrivare in centro con la possibilità di usufruire di bus con fermata a pochi metri. Parcheggio privato. Gestore molto gentile e disponibile, se voglio essere pignolo si può migliorare leggermente la colazione, ma per il resto lo consiglio.
