A spacious, airy, and light-filled apartment on the 8th and top floor (with elevator), featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a terrace (offering a distant view of the Duomo), a living room with a Smart TV, a master bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bathroom with a window.

The tram stop is just minutes away, taking you to the airport in 6 minutes and the city center in 16 minutes. It is a 10-minute walk to Baker Hughes. The surrounding area offers shops, wine tasting spots, bars, excellent gelato shops and pastry shops, as well as supermarkets, gyms, and city parks.

Upon entering, you find yourself in a large, bright room with a kitchen area complete with a kettle, microwave, drip coffee maker, and Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine. From the kitchen, you can step out onto a small terrace (featuring a washing machine for your exclusive use) where you can sit and get some fresh air or enjoy a cigarette in peace (smoking is ?? prohibited inside the apartment). The kitchen is pet-friendly: a discreet small door allows your furry friend to go out to and come back in from the terrace (where you can place their pet toilet). There is also a living room with a comfortable sofa, an additional sofa that converts into a 120 cm-wide bed, a Smart TV, an exercise bike, and a hanging punching bag in case you need to blow off some steam; -)
A selection of books in Italian, English, German, French, and Slovenian is available, along with decks of cards and board games for a fun evening.

The apartment features a high-speed Fastweb fiber internet connection, allowing you to work efficiently or stream movies without any issues.

The master bedroom features a 180 cm-wide king-size bed. The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a bidet and a shower enclosure. Every room is air-conditioned, and the two bedrooms feature quiet yet refreshing ceiling fans. The rooms are equipped with mosquito screens, and the windows have roller shutters to ensure complete darkness for sleeping.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, though a small relaxation area on the terrace is available for your use.

Children are always welcome; however, please bear in mind that there are potentially hazardous items within reach—such as cutlery, knives, and cleaning products—and that the terrace is on the eighth floor, so young children must be supervised by their parents.

The interior doors do not have locks (including the bathroom door). The apartment’s main entrance is a security door equipped with a digital peephole for your safety. The doorbells have been deactivated to prevent strangers from disturbing you.
