B&B FLORALIA is located in the historical center of Florence, 20 metres from the Duomo, near all the other most important monuments of the city and the railway station of Santa Maria Novella.
It offers a good and family accomodation for your holiday in Florence and the staff will be very glad to help you in all yours needs.
The bedrooms have private bathroom inside, have centralized heating, adjustable electric shovels on the ceiling, digital lcd television and free wi fi. In each bedroom you will also find at your disposal an electric kettle for herbal teas and coffee.
Every 3 days bedding is changed and the room is cleaned.
At the reception package, map of the city and safety box are free.
Due to the COVID-19 emergency, in compliance with health regulations, the breakfast service is temporarily suspended.
To your arrival we'll give to you the keys so you can move to your liking without respecting any time of reentry.
Finally it will be our care to signal you some typical restaurants to make you taste the best fiorentine specialties at contained prices.

From 1 July 2011 the City of Florence by resolution of the City Council No. 230/33 of 06. 20. 2011, integrated by resolution No. 21/2012, has established the “'tourist tax”.
The tax is applied to non-residents overnight stays in the city of Florence and for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The tax rate for this tourist structure is 5. 50 euro for person for night.
There are the following exemptions:
a) children up to twelve years old;
b) people who care for patients admitted to local hospitals, including outpatient care, for a maximum of two assistants per patient;
c) patients who make hospital care in outpatient care;
d) students of the University of Florence
e) personnel belonging to Law Enforcements, to the National Firefighters Corps and Civil Defence who, for exclusive service needs and limited to the duration of the same, stay in accommodation facilities in the municipal area
f) the severely disabled, whose disability status is certified in accordance with art. 3 paragraph 3 of Law No. 104/92 and similar provisions of the countries of origin for foreign citizens.
g) the employees of the accommodation facilities who stay there for exclusive work needs
It is also provided a 50% reduction of the tourist tax in the following cases:
a) groups of lower and upper secondary schools in Florence in teaching visit;
b) athletes under the age of 16 years, members of groups participating in sporting events and tournaments organized in collaboration with the Municipal Administration.
This tax is not included in the price of the room and it must directly be versed during the stay to the B&B.

The accommodation is perfect, very clean and above all in an excellent location, just 1 block from the Duomo. The only detail to consider is the noise on the street outside, but with earplugs we slept perfectly. Sabino and Cynthia are very caring and available. Recommended!

We liked our stay at the Floralia B&B! It is located a few meters from the Duomo, in the middle of the center. Sabino is a perfect host. He is always available when you need him. The B&B is very clean. At night it can be noisy, with earplugs the problem is solved.

We just had 4 great nights at Floralia B&B! It was a cost-effective and very comfortable option for us. There was no air conditioning, but that was not a drawback even though the weather was 25-27°C each day. After a day of seeing the sights, we would come home and open up the 3 large windows for airflow. 2 fans kept us comfortable all night long. Be aware that this is on a busy street with street noise as the businesses close up in the wee hours and noise again in the morning as they set up shop. Not a problem at all if you travel with earplugs. FYI, this is a cash-only business and you will need to have cash for the nightly rate as well as the municipal accommodation tax. Thanks, Sabino! Hope to stay there again some day.

Even though I only stayed a short time, I was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The bed was big and very comfortable, the room was clean, the shower worked well. Amazing property with awesome hosts. The property is very well located in the center of the city. Hosts are very welcoming and we had an amazing time with them. The only problem is that the Wifi connection is very weak, especially in the room we were staying in. All in all, a fantastic stay with fantastic hosts.

Ideal location to visit Florence: 100 meters from the Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo. Calm at night? Sabino is a great host, and the room is clean with a very comfortable bed. Great price for value. I recommend.

We loved our stay in Florence! Sabino was very welcoming and spoke English wonderfully, which was very helpful. We are less than a block from the Duomo, which is fantastic! Our room was spacious and clean. The windows overlooked a busy street, which was nice for us to see the city life, but made it a bit noisy at night, but it was not an issue for us. Fresh espresso made just for us every morning. Selection of meats, cheeses, toast, individually wrapped pastries, juices, yogurt also provided. We were so happy we decided to stay an additional night before heading home.

Two-night stay at Sabino's. The location speaks for itself: literally steps away from the Cathedral. Impossible to resist Sabino's friendliness, you could chat with him for hours. Impeccable cleanliness in our room. For the price, seriousness, and central location, impossible to miss.

My daughter and I really enjoyed ourselves. The manager was very attentive and helpful, the room with private bathroom was very clean and the location is very central. If I have to make a very small criticism, the breakfast is abundant and with a wide selection but exclusively packaged products. However, I will definitely recommend this place.

Sabino is very kind as a host. My partner and I loved the location of this place as it was super central, only a few minutes from the Duomo!
Only areas for improvement might be: possibly some different breakfast options (e. g. fresh croissants) and also the fact that the sound can travel down the hallway in the early morning/late at night (otherwise the place is nice and quiet).

Sono stato di a Firenze nei giorni di Pasqua! devo riconoscere che la location si trova in un posto molto centrale, vicinissimo al Duomo di Firenze, su una strada piena di negozi e di ristoranti! per quanto riguarda il proprietario della struttura non ho nulla da rimproverare! Una persona molto squisita, molto gentile, e sopratutto molto accogliente e debbo dire anche molto socievole! Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Firenze ci tornerei volentieri!

Such a wonderful stay at Floralia. Sabino and Silvia were great hosts, were great communicating with me and helped me bring my bags up. They also let me leave my bags after checkout. The location is absolutely unbeatable in terms of how center it is. It’s also very quiet because the rooms are to the back of the building and so sweetly decorated. Bed was also comfortable. Great for budget and quality. I would definitely stay here again!

B&B molto accogliente, bella camera doppia con tutto il necessario, in pieno centro storico a due passi dalla stazione, nel vivo della movida fiorentina. Abbiamo trascorso due piacevoli notti nel B&B il weekend di Capodanno: la stanza era carina e accogliente, calda, lenzuola pulite, tv.
Il bagno non è stato un problema anche se non in camera (almeno per la nostra), bastava uscire dalla stanza per raggiungerlo, molto spazioso e provvisto di asciugamani, asciugacapelli e saponi.
La colazione come in hotel con diverse cose tra cui scegliere in una sala ampia e ben arredata.
I proprietari sono stati gentili sia per telefono che durante il soggiorno, simpatici e attenti ad ogni nostra richiesta.
Lo consiglio assolutamente per chiunque abbia voglia di soggiornare a Firenze in comodità e senza spendere troppo!

Das B&B Floralia hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es befindet sich nur etwa 100m vom Dom entfernt, also inmitten des Zentrums von Florenz.
Sabino war sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war klein, aber ausreichend.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top.
Alles in allem ist das B&B Floralia sehr zu empfehlen!

Non esiste luogo migliore per visitare Firenze. I titolari sono straordinari, la casa ampia, pulitissima così come le stanze. Da ritornare!
