The Eridu B&B is situated in Ellera, which in the Florentine dialect means "ivy". It is a small village on the Via Aretina (the road to Arezzo) within the location of Fiesole. Ellera is roughly equidistant (7.5 km) from both Florence and Fiesole. In one part of the village - in the part where the Eridu B&B is located, overlooking the famous Arno river - we find a small waterfall which powered the Ellera flour mill, one of the very few that have been restored and are fully functioning.

Nice structure in a strategic position to reach Florence by train (the station is 10 minutes walk). Parking always available, quiet and pleasant area. Abundant breakfast composed of fresh and quality products. Marco is a special and pleasant person, always available to give practical advice on the area and exchange interesting ideas.

We are a family with two daughters aged 10 and 12 and we stayed at the B&B Eridu for three nights. We had a great time as the structure is very beautiful and clean and the manager is very kind. We will definitely come back.

Il B&B è posizionato vicino all'Arno in zona tranquilla, la struttura è molto caratteristica, arredata con gusto e l'atmosfera è molto piacevole e rilassante.

Una bellissima scoperta, a due passi dalla città eppure così lontana dal caos e dai rumori, immersa in una pace che definirei bucolica; l'ideale per staccare la spina anche solo per un giorno e prendersi cura di se stessi e di chi si ama. L'ambiente è caldo e conviviale (lo dice il nome). Marco è una persona simpaticissima, cordiale, pronta al dialogo e prodiga di consigli su dove mangiare nei dintorni.

Dormire di fianco ad un fiume, specialmente l'Arno, è un'esperienza unica! Se al mattino poi vieni svegliato dal profumo delle frittelle, la vacanza è fatta!
Aggiungete un gestore cordiale e disponibile ed un gatto, il risultato è una struttura perfetta per viaggiatori curiosi e necessariamente muniti di auto!
