The "Donna Nobile" is located in the historic center, right along the ancient Via Francigena.

With us you will have the opportunity to enjoy this enchanting city, staying in quiet and elegant rooms and apartments, surrounded by ancient towers.

Both the rooms and the apartments overlook the scenery of the towers or on a large park.

For those arriving by bike, there is also a special room to park it in complete safety.

The price includes the use of a small refreshment point in a common kitchen useful for breakfast.

Both free and paid parking spaces are nearby.

However, at the house you can arrive for check-in and loading-unloading with the car.

The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away.

Located in the historic centre of San Gimignano, near the main squares, Piazza della Cisterna and St. Augustine, in a little more than a few minutes you can dive in the heart of Tuscany, with a beautiful landscape of vineyards and olive groves.
our property is located just in the historic center, but it is reachable that bottle on foot, even with the car to the check-in, loading or unloading or other needs.
Just 200 m there are 2 parking fee (parking Bagnaia 3-4) and FREE parking (no fee) quiet. The area of parking close to us is the only one where there are parking spaces that will be recommended by the staff.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Historic property because it is located in the historic center of San Gimignano. Clean, charming, and with a very large shower. Quiet place with included services such as air conditioning and wifi. Ideal for a night to visit San Gimignano in tranquility.

Nice apartment just in the city center. It was ok to arrive by car to unload our luggage. GPS really has problems so study the map beforehand!

Room complete with everything and in a central location. The managers are very helpful and have indicated a free parking for the car nearby. We found it a bit uncomfortable to climb onto the bed, also because of the low ceiling in our room.

Probably we were not lucky. The room assigned to us did not do justice to the photos that are included. Small room and half with a sloping ceiling (it was not possible to stand up straight). All in all, a little would be enough to renew it, let's say that the furnishings and accessories are quite dated.

Stayed at this property for two nights, we were very satisfied with the room, cleanliness, and friendliness. The only suggestion is to put blackout curtains because the balconies let light filter through. I recommend the B&B to those who need to stay in San Gimignano!

Beautiful historic palace, very kind and helpful manager, 1 minute walk from the center. In short, a beautiful structure in a strategic location. A very small flaw, the Velux was too high for me to be opened by hand, luckily my boyfriend is tall.

Delightful apartment 5 minutes from the historic center of San Gimignano. Well-maintained and clean structure. Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful owner. Definitely recommended for those who want to visit a splendid town.

Exceptional value for money, young, friendly managers, also available for parking advice. Small and slightly dark room (attic with wooden beams that make it characteristic) but equipped with air conditioning. A very clean kitchen available for tea, herbal teas, etc.

There is a kitchen available every two rooms where basic food items (tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, jam) are provided to prepare breakfast by oneself. The refrigerator is convenient for storing one's own food. Room (n. 4) very nice, with exposed beams, although a bit small and with a low ceiling along one side.

Beautiful structure, located in a central area, within the walls. Room number 3 is nice and welcoming, with a rather spartan bathroom on the right (there is no adapter for the plug!) and a shower box on the left, carved into the room. Bed created in a niche in the attic, nice idea but not very comfortable. Not well insulated in terms of acoustics and darkness. It should be noted that breakfast is not included in the price, but in the kitchen at the center of the house there is a shelf with a lot of things to prepare a minimal breakfast.
