Both spaces are independent and equipped with all modern conveniences. Inside, you will find a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen, all featuring free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a microwave, as well as bedding and towels. For your safety, there is a 24/7 active security camera outside and a safe with a code, ensuring access to the apartment even late at night.

The one-bedroom unit is perfect for solo travelers or short stays, accommodating up to 2 guests. The green and white tones chosen for the decor create an atmosphere of peace and harmony.

On the other hand, the three-bedroom unit is ideal for families or couples looking for a longer stay, with a capacity for up to 4 guests. The sofa bed in the living room is separated from the kitchen, allowing those resting on the sofa to enjoy a more peaceful sleep. The purple and gray colors used in this apartment foster a warm and dynamic ambiance.

The apartment is located in a very peaceful area of the city and is ideally situated for those wishing to explore not only the historic center but also the surrounding areas. To get to the city center, there is a tram stop just 700 meters away that takes you directly to Piazza Stazione and the downtown area in 15 minutes. For visiting places outside the city, the Fi-Pi-Li highway can be reached in just 2 minutes by car, and the entrance to the motorway is only 7 minutes away. The airport is approximately 6 km from the apartment.
