Description

The B&B is located three kilometers from the hamlet of Marsiliana, in the municipality of Manciano. It is in the countryside, in a quiet location, surrounded by a beautiful olive grove.

"Da Lavinia B&B" is an elegant and sober residence, with a unique style that speaks of its owner.

The structure is the perfect place for business and work trips, for a holiday to remember in a romantic and discreet environment, for lovers of nature and tranquility away from the city.

2 double bedrooms with private bathroom and hairdryer are available to our guests,
all air-conditioned rooms, internet access, television, mirror and suitcase rack.

They can also return at any time of night and leave their car in the private car park and relax in a beautiful garden equipped with a swing and deckchairs.

Guests have access to the kitchen for breakfast and can eat it in the common room or on the porch in good weather.

For those who wish, our farmhouse "La Fontanina" is located next to the B&B, which offers four mini apartments and a studio with kitchenette, to manage your holiday independently.

In the equipped kitchen you can prepare: tea, coffee, cappuccino, milk, latte macchiato and accompany them with croissants, breakfast desserts, biscuits, cornflakes, rusks with honey, jam and hazelnut spread. The refrigerator houses yogurt, juices and when possible fruit of our own production.

Breakfast can be consumed in the common room or, alternatively, on the porch of the B&B when the season allows it.

I was born in Rome, but I have been living in Maremma, in Marsiliana, for forty years. This is my chosen place and the house that will host you is my home. To me, it feels more like home than just a house.

The spaces of the existing house, previously inhabited by General Antonio Lucchini, a brave partisan in Maremma, and his wife Licia Bianchini, have been redesigned by me and furnished with many restored objects, together with my husband Lamberto.

By visiting my home, you will be able to understand who I am, and each of the two bedrooms with a bathroom at your disposal will reveal a side of my personality.

Mi spiace, ma siamo in campagna e questi animali passano dappertutto. Non è questione di pulizia o meno, non è dipeso da me. Infatti sia la camera che il bagno li avete trovati puliti, sanitari disinfettati e lucidi come nuovi, biancheria e camera da letto impeccabili, tende lavate il giorno prima come faccio con tutti gli ospiti. Non siamo più obbligati a seguire il protocollo COVID per le pulizie, ma io ogni volta che c'è un cambio, lo seguo quasi alla lettera. Credo che un 4 per la pulizia sia immeritato.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature and the sea, easily accessible. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean, as well as equipped with fantastic air conditioning. The hospitality throughout the stay was exceptional, making me feel at home. The breakfast is rich and varied, including delicious homemade jams. I hope to return soon!

We really liked the structure. It is new, clean and offers a plentiful breakfast. It is located in a strategic point between the sea and the countryside of Maremma. What about Mrs. Lavinia? She is a very kind and always available person. We will definitely come back.
