Nestled in the green of an organic farm (wine, olive oil, cereals and ancient wheats), our villa is waiting to welcome you in a discrete, familiar and relaxing atmosphere. We have recently restored the historical residence transforming it into an elegant agri-B&B, where the wide gardens and internal spaces let guests enjoy an intimate and authentic stay. Perfectly placed between Florence, Pisa and Siena, in the very heart of Tuscany, our location is the perfect departure for lovely daily escapes to the main artistic cities and tourist attractions, as well as to the lovely villages and hidden routes between Valdelsa “terra di Geni” (Vinci, Certaldo..) and Chianti with its famous wine and landscapes. The seaside is less than a hour far away.
All rooms are unique and recently restored preserving their originality, like cotto floors, fresco paintings on the ceilings or walls and charming antique furnitures. They all feature a private bathroom with hairdryer and simple but comfortable details such as eco-amenities set, fresh and local breakfast, A/C, free Wi-Fi, smart TV, tea/coffee facilities.

Wonderful place, very well cared for in details. In the middle of nature with all tranquility, but very close by car to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Besides being an excellent base point to know Florence and its surroundings. We were welcomed by Giulia, extremely welcoming and friendly. She gave us advice on tourism in the region and was very kind in answering all our questions, even about the stories of the Villa. I would return a thousand times.

It was an absolute gem, a very friendly host and a location close enough to the town center and very quiet. Breakfast had everything you asked for. The villa itself is very special. I would come back anytime.

This was an amazing experience. Everything was of high quality. The hostess, the spaciousness, cleanliness, the views, the property, communication with the hostess. Cute little town nearby with NO tourists for shopping and food. The only small thing I would have liked was more protein options for breakfast... eggs :)

Giulia is a wonderful host that made efforts to accommodate all our needs. The place is absolutely gorgeous, indoor and outdoor, and super clean. Would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again.
