To everybody that love the tuscan beauty, the elegance of the nature and cconforts, the Corte deli Armonici gives the possibility to live peacefull moments, relax, to visit treasures of arts in unforgettable places. The ancient country house was restaured by the right balance between traditions and modernity, between rural wisdom and new technology. The proximity of the house to major regional centres where you can take part in city life, enjoy shows, art exhibitions and antiques fairs. It's a short distance to nature sanctuaries like the Casentinesi Forest and Lake Trasimeno and spiritual resources like the Franciscan centres at La Verna, Le Celle di Cortona or Assisi is a good think.
The Corte degli Armonici was a rural house built in 1750, when the Valdichiana was reclaimed which had already been proposed by Leonardo da Vinci. Its position, in the middle of farmland and bordered by Cortona's buttresses and the hills of Monte San Savino, is a point of great importance in relation to the environmental factors of the region. The house was renovated according to eco-friendly building criteria. Bio-construction is a new frontier in environmental sustainability that makes use of materials and resources that are natural, renewable and free of radioactivity. It relies on a natural biophysical cycle and its applied technologies respond to biological and ecological needs.
There are installed solar panels for hot water production and photovoltaic panels to produce electricity.
Four double rooms and one single room, available in the winter too, in a smart position, close to A1 to Rome and Firenze, and the high street to Siena and Perugia, close to thermal site and S. Francis pilgrimage places. Arezzo is 15' far.
A nice place to come back at night after a dinner in some restaurant around where you can taste the chianina famous meat.

I spent a few days at 'Corte degli Armonici' in the middle of the fields near Arezzo, perfectly renovated, and I felt very comfortable. The availability of Wi-Fi spaces and the owner made the stay very pleasant. I think I will come back.

Although short, we had a pleasant stay at Corte degli Armonici in the company of Ludovica who welcomed us with warmth and kindness, thanks to the chats and cuddles received from the "furry roommates" of the house. If we return to Monte San Savino, we will be happy to choose this peaceful residence again!
