CivicoNovantatre is located in the heart of San Vincenzo, directly on the town's pedestrian street, just a few meters away from the sea and the marina.

The house has two large bedrooms, two private bathrooms, a shared equipped kitchen, and a magnificent outdoor terrace where you can relax, have breakfast, sunbathe or even organize a dinner under the stars.

The bedrooms are both very spacious and bright. The "Corso" bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and overlooks the pedestrian street, while "Boboli" has a bathroom right outside the room next to the kitchen and direct access to the terrace through a large French window. Both rooms have a study corner with a table and chairs and a small mezzanine. The kitchen and terrace are shared between the two bedrooms.

The bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped with air conditioning, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Each room has its own private refrigerator in the kitchen.
