Excellent welcome. The hosts were very kind. Everything was very nice, with perfect rooms and breakfast. The location is ideal for visiting the city on foot.

Overall it was fine. There were a couple of oddities: she cleaned our room and left the door open while we were out for the day. The breakfast on the first day was continental, but on the following days it became progressively worse.

Classic, nice and functional bed and breakfast. The location is very pleasant: it feels like you are out in the countryside, while the city center and train station are still conveniently accessible. It's right next to the beautiful aqueduct, along which a walking and cycling path leads straight to the train station and, beyond that, the historical city center.

Lovely, friendly and helpful host. Good situation for walking into Lucca. Comfortable, quiet room. The breakfast was rather commercial and pre-packaged, but a generous bonus if you're used to Italian breakfasts.

If I could give the owner 11/10 I would. She was truly amazing. Everything was made so easy for us. The location itself is a little far from the center, but still in walking distance. Would definitely visit again.

The lady who welcomed us was very kind, the place is just outside the walls so it's very convenient for a stay in Lucca. Unfortunately, the room we slept in needed a general cleaning, especially from the dust. The breakfast offered was not the best, I would suggest better overall organization, from the food to the management of the service. The stay in Lucca was nonetheless pleasant.

Wonderful experience. Very friendly and helpful host, rustic but charming accommodation, equipped with all comforts but with an added bucolic beauty. Meticulous cleaning, excellent spaces, outdoor areas available, equipped for breakfast or snacks immersed in the greenery. Excellent value for money. Just a few minutes from the center, both on foot and by car.

Strategic. A stone's throw from the center but surrounded by nature, 10 minutes walk under an ancient aqueduct and you are at the walls. Cool, clean, quiet. With a mosquito net on the window the room would have been perfect. Very kind and caring host. Breakfast can be improved.

Strategic location to reach the city of Lucca. Quiet residential area. Last stretch of road to reach the B&B is unpaved. Paola, who manages, is kind and very helpful. The rooms are nice but the window of one of them didn't close easily and mosquitoes came in. The other room had a lot of noise, including that of the highway. We didn't sleep very well. The downside was the breakfast. Limited choice, all packaged, only one type of jam. The second day we had a coffee and then went to a pastry shop. An extra point for the wandering cats. Obviously, if you love them.

Very characteristic and romantic structure immersed in the greenery in a quiet and easily accessible location. The room was very warm; however, it was equipped with a fan. The bathroom, although private, was separate from the room and was equipped with towels. Additionally, the structure does not have an elevator. The breakfast is essential. The manager is very friendly and smiling, ready to meet every need.

I had booked a room for the Robbie Williams concert, but the evening I arrived they told me that due to a misunderstanding between the owner and her daughter, the room had been given to others. They offered me a horrible attic room with dirty carpets, no windows, and an opening on the roof held open by a piece of polystyrene. After the concert, I packed my things and left. The owner was sorry and had promised to refund me, but she didn't. AVOID ABSOLUTELY. They take advantage of the fact that once you arrive, you have no way to change accommodation.
