"CASABEPPE" is an ancient country house just 4 km from Lucca and 15 km from the beaches of Versilia,
Consisting of 2 adjacent Apartments "CARLO" (4 BEDROOMS, 4 BATHROOMS, PEOPLE: 8 + 2) and ILARIA (2 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHROOMS, PEOPLE: 2 + 2) both expertly restored preserving the original structure and materials, but with the addition of modern comfort.
Each Unit has its own private kitchen, private bathrooms, and relaxation areas equipped with barbecue, tables and gazebos.
CASABEPPE can accommodate up to 14 people (including 10 adults + 4 children up to 12 years of age).
The house is surrounded by an immense PRIVATE and fenced GARDEN of 10000 square meters with Olives and Vegetables.
Five-a-side football and volleyball areas.
The main feature is the brand new private Salt Water Pooll with Whyrpool (5x14 Mt, 1, 40m deep). With deckchairs, sun beds, umbrellas and pergola.
The swimming pool area is ENTIRELY FENCED for the safety of your children. Every morning the tank is cleaned and the values ??checked according to the standards of the Tuscany Region Regulations.

We stayed with 2 families in total of 11 people. We rented both apartments and everything was great. The property is huge, nice big swimming pool, BBQ and sports facilities and the Pizza Oven was a great asset.\n\nWe enjoyed the relax area and less than 4 km ride to the city walls of Lucca. The host Marco was amazing, very responsive and made sure that during the stay everything was maintained very well. The swimming pool was one of the best places to stay during the day with the kids! Nice beds and pool towels available. \n\nAnd....in real life the property is even nicer and bigger than the pictures!

We stayed in Casabeppe for 1 week with our friends in July 2021. We rented both houses for both families. It was a very relaxing stay. The pool is one of the best we've had. 14m long - well maintained by Marco every morning and the water temperature was great. We played soccer - volleyball and ping pong and the famous (at least famous among young people in Flanders) 'Marco Polo' game in the pool. The house is comfortable and all rooms have air conditioning, well equipped and clean. We could BBQ and enjoy Italian food on the outdoor terrace. Definitely a stay where we could recharge our batteries after the tough corona period.

Beautiful country house immersed in the greenery just 4 km from the splendid Lucca with exclusive use of the outdoor saltwater pool. We stayed in the CARLO unit with two families with 3 teenage children fully satisfied with the Tuscan holiday especially for the location. Marco is an excellent host, very discreet and helpful. I highly recommend it.
