Description
Bright apartment on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a condominium located on a tree-lined street where you can park freely.

The bedroom is spacious and equipped with a large wardrobe, the children's room is colorful with two bunk beds. It offers the convenience of 2 bathrooms with shower and bidet. The living area consists of a equipped kitchen and a large living room with a terrace to relax and enjoy the gentle evening breeze. Close to the city center, a stone's throw from the supermarket and only 10 minutes from the embarkations. Hospital, carabinieri barracks and police are just a few minutes away. Naval academy 10 minutes by car, Goldoni Theater 15 minutes on foot. Strategic position to reach the exit that leads to the highway to Pisa and Florence and to the beautiful coastal road that goes south, Romito, Castiglioncello, Cecina, Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci.

Credit Card Guarantee: You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Just a short walk from the city center and all amenities. Bus stop just a few minutes away. Supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, and grocery stores are very close by. Excellent pastry shop on the same street for tasty and varied breakfasts. Green areas not far away. The heart of the city, namely Piazza Cavallotti with the Central Market and all its liveliness, can be reached with a pleasant walk, as well as Venice with its narrow streets and characteristic views. Villa Fabbricotti with its gardens and library is 10 minutes away, and the waterfront with the Mascagni Terrace and its famous gazebo can be reached by car in just 10 minutes.

Casabati is a complete apartment where the homeowner leaves nothing missing! I went on vacation with two friends and for each of us, there was a set of towels and bathrobes, also there were hairdryers, sanitary pads, makeup remover wipes, and everything needed for any eventuality. Silvia, the homeowner, lives right in front of the apartment and is very helpful and welcoming, right from the start she helped us settle in by giving us advice on where to eat or how to get around. The b&b is in a strategic location from which you can reach the center within a few minutes on foot or by public transport.

The apartment is very clean and in a strategic location, close to both the city center and the seafront. It is quiet and equipped with everything. I had a truly pleasant stay with my family.
