In the heart of the charming Tuscan countryside you can enjoy the benefits of outdoor life as well as some interesting local resources, such as unforgettable landscapes and incomparable historical and cultural insights. In Val di Cornia, Località Cafaggio lies “Casa Vacanze Ribocchi“, the result of a careful restoration of an early 1900 farmhouse, carried out in a rustic Tuscan style, but very elegantly and well appointed.
The home exterior is in stone cladding and has been carefully sand-blasted, with a large porch with arches and original ancient brick floor. On the garden side there’s a large brick and wrought iron external staircase. The windows are large framed and bright, and made from precious chestnut wood.
The farmhouse is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, and the area is reknown for excellent wine and virgin olive oil, thanks mainly to the blessed climate.
The location was called by the Etruscans “The Valley of the Sun”, as it’s surrounded to the east by picturesque olive tree covered hills and Mediterranean vegetation. Looking west, the coast boasts neverending beaches and unpolluted waters. It’s ideal for children as the water is crystal clear and shallow so you can swim safely in most places. This is an ideal holiday for those who love nature, walking or cycling, fresh and pollution-free air, good food & wine and great olive oil.

The Story of Casa Vacanze Ribocchi
The estate has belonged to the Paolucci family since 1981, when our parents first dreamed and then gifted us children a life that is healthier, genuine and with simple yet profound values that only nature can teach.
It was love at first sight: an estate at the center of the three most beautiful gulfs of Tuscany, surrounded by hills of olive groves and Mediterranean brush, far from the bustle of country life. Initially, we lived on the first floor of the farmhouse, in a simple yet cozy apartment; on the ground floor, the old cellars and carriage sheds were one of the most beautiful playgrounds for us.
We spent winters huddled together in front of an old, untreated terracotta brick fireplace and summers playing outside barefoot on the earth. Over time, with the sacrifices of our parents, their dedication to work, and their love for us children, the farmhouse was reborn and, through careful restoration of the interior and exterior spaces, has become the Casa Vacanze Ribocchi that it is today.
It is with the same love that we strive to share with our guests the infinite beauties of our estate, such as the early morning rooster's crow, the vivid colors and intense scents of nature, the chirping of birds, the genuine products of our land, the peace and tranquility of the Tuscan countryside.

Well-maintained structure immersed among trees, beautiful and majestic holm oak, olive trees, and flowering plants. Simple apartments but equipped with every comfort. The added value is given by the meticulously maintained and very clean swimming pool. The owners are kind, discreet, and ready to satisfy every request. I stayed from the 2nd to the 9th of July with my husband and 2 dogs, the place is also very suitable for our 4-legged friends. A place to recommend where I would gladly return.

I spent a lovely week at Casa Vacanze Ribocchi. The owners are hospitable people, always available and affectionate. The structure is cared for in every small detail, flowers, plants, gardens, pool, everything in order. The description of the photos corresponds to the reality of the place. The value for money is ideal for a family stay. It is also close to the Venturina thermal baths, to the sea which is 15 minutes by car. The village Riotorto with the supermarket, and many small shops. Campiglia Marittima, the small medieval village very characteristic. Casa Vacanze Ribocchi is the ideal place to spend a regenerating vacation. I am very satisfied. I recommend Casa Vacanze Ribocchi to all those who love nature, thermal baths, the sea and Italian medieval villages, accompanied by their 4-legged friends.
