Our vacation home is located in a natural setting, in an area rich in historical, architectural and cultural landmarks, with a spectacular view of vineyards and the countryside, just 10 minutes' drive from the city center.
Casa Vacanze I CIPRESSI is a welcoming and comfortable structure, consisting of 2 completely independent houses, where you will find everything you need to spend a pleasant vacation and feel "at home". Particular attention is paid to children and everything will be made available to you without having to bring it from home.
Casa MAGNOLIA (max 3+2 people) with very spacious rooms (double bedroom, single bedroom + child bed, living room with double sofa bed), bathroom and kitchen with living room, garage and equipped outdoor space.
Casa LA SORGENTE (max 4 people) double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, living area with kitchenette, bathroom, equipped outdoor area, uncovered parking space.
You can rent them individually or both and have the entire structure at your disposal, including pool and jacuzzi, otherwise shared.

The house was beautiful, situated in an idyllic location. Everything was clean, very well-kept, and well-equipped. The owners, Claudia and Paolo, were charming and attentive at all times. We stayed in 8 people at the same time in both structures. The cleaning was optimal, accurate. The attention given by the manager even in the smallest details allows you to experience the location immediately. The houses are on the hills with a wide and relaxing panorama, the pool is suitable for relaxing and playing.

We were welcomed by Claudia in fabulous fashion. She accommodated amazingly for our kids and communication was great. The Casa Vacanze I Cipressi has a great panorama, but it is still very quick to go into Lucca. The pool was nice and when the water was too cold the hot tub was a very nice alternative.

We had a great stay at Casa Vacanze I Cipressi. It's a beautiful location on a hillside with a nice pool and the neighbor makes great wine, what more can you wish for. It's a little drive out from Lucca but it's a peaceful area where you can relax and enjoy the views. The house itself was very clean and Claudia is a great host.

I stayed at Mrs. Claudia's property for a weekend in June 2020 with my family. The place is charming, away from the noise and city traffic, immersed in greenery. The house shares a large garden with a pool and at the end a whirlpool with the other apartment in the complex. In the garden area above there are also 2 swings for children. We were able to enjoy breakfast and lunch at the outdoor table under a lovely veranda. There is also an outdoor barbecue. The house is also very charming, with a small open kitchen, a very well-kept bathroom with a somewhat small shower. Mrs. Claudia welcomed us in the best way, we felt really pampered. Lucca is only 10 minutes away by car. Perfect location if you want to visit the city but also enjoy a lot of tranquility. We will definitely come back.

Nothing to say, top marks on everything: the property is very close to Lucca, very clean, well-equipped, and with a pool and whirlpool with a large lawn around and a splendid view of the surrounding hills. There is also a dedicated area for barbecue/lunch outdoors. Ideal for spending your holidays in total relaxation. Mrs. Claudia, the owner of the property, is friendly and very kind: impossible to ask for more.
