Description

Casa Rowe B&B offers an increasingly rare luxury: space and light, with ceilings over 4 meters, comfortable beds, a 50" Smart TV and an exclusive bathroom!
Located in an elegant building in the center of Pistoia, it is a completely renovated structure, made up of 4 double rooms, all very spacious and bright, each with its own bathroom.

The renovation, while retaining some typical features of the mansion of the early 1900s such as floors, large windows and ceilings exceeding 4 m, is innovative and very unique, which conveys a feeling of elegance and well-being to those who stay.

The padded beds and the quality mattresses guarantee an optimal rest. The completely renovated bathrooms combine style and comfort as well as hygienic guarantees that only a completely new environment can guarantee.

Each room also has a 50 "Smart TV to also offer pleasant moments of relaxation. Two bedrooms have an additional double bed and can accommodate up to 4 people per room.

Included in the price, breakfast can be enjoyed in 4 bars and pastry shops with which we have agreements in the immediate vicinity, with a wide choice of sweet, savoury, gluten-free and vegetarian dishes, starting from 7am until 12pm. In this way, we can guarantee maximum freshness, maximum hygiene and minimum waste, meeting all needs.

We also have exclusive parking for those who request it.

We are a couple that started this new adventure in 20219. We have renovated this structure in a special and elegant way, offering those who come to Pistoia the possibility of finding a corner of relaxation and well-being. In addition to personally managing the B&B, we are available to offer advice both for those visiting the city to explore its so little known beauties, and for business reasons and are looking for restaurants in which to taste the dishes of the great Pistoia and Tuscan culinary tradition.

We have activated a fruitful collaboration with 4 pastry bars to choose from in the immediate vicinity where our guests can have the breakfast they prefer, with a wide choice of sweet, savory, gluten free and vegetarian preparations, starting from 6. 30 am until 12 noon, everyday. In this way we can guarantee maximum freshness, maximum hygiene and minimum waste, meeting all needs. All included in the room price.

The Casa Rowe B&B is located on the edge of the limited traffic zone, two steps away from the centre and the Pistoia train station. It has private parking by reservation and allows guests to reach the beautiful Piazza del Duomo of Pistoia and the main tourist attractions of the city with a walk of 400 meters. Once the car is parked, you can visit the whole city on foot, starting from our Casa Rowe B&B.

When we arrived, the host made us wait to serve another couple who arrived after us. The flat is directly across from a school, where in the mornings dozens of motorcycles put on a motocross-like performance. In the ad it said 'free parking'. We had to walk 1 km to get to the place where you can park for free. For breakfast, you get a voucher and can choose from a couple of bars in the area. The rooms are okay.

Ci dispiace leggere che alcuni aspetti del soggiorno non siano stati di suo gradimento, ma riteniamo opportuno precisare alcuni punti. Al suo arrivo le abbiamo chiesto cortesemente di attendere pochi minuti per consentire a un altro cliente di liberare la carreggiata durante l’accesso al nostro parcheggio privato. Non si è trattato quindi di una preferenza verso altri ospiti, ma di una semplice necessità pratica per evitare disagi alla circolazione. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, Casa Rowe B&B dispone di un parcheggio privato su prenotazione al costo di 10 € al giorno. Lei ha scelto di utilizzare un parcheggio gratuito in città, che naturalmente non può trovarsi sempre davanti alla struttura, soprattutto in una zona centrale. Precisiamo inoltre che nel nostro annuncio non è indicato il parcheggio gratuito presso la struttura. La colazione viene servita tramite buoni presso bar e pasticcerie convenzionati della zona, come indicato nelle informazioni fornite agli ospiti. Siamo lieti che abbia comunque trovato le camere adeguate. Cerchiamo sempre di lavorare con serietà e disponibilità, ma è importante che le recensioni riportino i fatti in modo corretto, senza trasformare normali situazioni organizzative in disservizi.

Accommodation close to the center, spacious room that is not affected by traffic noise. Private parking not always available; there is an uncovered public lot, very cheap, about 500 m away.

Good morning. We stayed at this property on November 4 and 5. The room is not bad: clean and also spacious. The location is almost central, not bad. The host is very helpful. The breakfast is so-so. For a fee you can leave the car in the courtyard. Honestly, we had a good stay. Thank you for everything.

I moved here because I needed somewhere with a lift. The manager could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I also received exceptional help when I needed a late check-out because of a health condition. Both the manager and the cleaner were fantastic and very friendly. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom great. You have to go to one of the local cafés or bars for breakfast using a voucher, so it was only a small continental breakfast. There is a good kitchen, but they don't allow you to cook anything, which was a bit of a drawback. All in all, very satisfied and I will return.

The structure is well organized for the essentials of a short stay. Room equipped with all comforts. Excellent cleanliness. The manager (Giuliano) is a delightful person and available to meet your requests (when possible). Great for the location (outside the ZTL area but just a few minutes' walk from the historic center and the Pistoia train station)!

We were charmed by the hospitality of the owners of Casa Rowe B&B, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the accommodation, the comfortable mattress and pillows. In the bar opposite, you could have a light breakfast and drink a cappuccino from the friendly bartenders. The house is located not far from the station on a quiet street. Florence is easily reached in 30-50 minutes by train, which runs several times an hour. We highly recommend this accommodation for a visit to Tuscany.

Great location and cleanliness. The room was cozy. It's a shame that the air conditioning didn't work when the outside temperature was 36 degrees. They informed us after our payment. Little attention to details (insufficient bath products).

Breakfast not provided, but there is a series of affiliated bars where you can spend 5 euros each. Maintenance needs improvement: missing door lock lever and two non-functioning bedside lamps. Otherwise, all good.

Excellent facility completely renovated in an original way, beautiful rooms equipped with everything, very clean. Great location just a few minutes from the center, convenient breakfast solution with vouchers to be presented at nearby bars. Giuliano was kind and available for any eventuality but it was a great stay with no problems. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay, very nice and clean room as well as the bathroom. Mrs. Stella and her husband are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in a nearby bar is plentiful and good. Also used the parking near the Casa Rowe Bed and Breakfast. What can I say, if you stay in Pistoia I highly recommend it.
