Casa Pietraia welcomes its guests on a hill overlooking the Val d’Elsa, nestled in the heart of the Chianti region, within a serene and beautiful natural setting. This property is part of an organic farm surrounded by olive groves and typical Tuscan landscapes, where family management and a focus on hospitality create an authentic and relaxing atmosphere. The entire establishment is reserved for one group at a time, ensuring privacy, tranquility, and a leisurely stay immersed in the countryside.

The complex consists of an ancient farmhouse and a barn, enveloped by a garden that encompasses the entire property. Among the outdoor spaces, a striking 15-meter infinity pool stands out, offering stunning views of the valley and providing a perfect spot to unwind while taking in the scenery. Additionally, the garden features a large stone table designed for outdoor gatherings, where guests can enjoy shared lunches, dinners, or tastings organized by the owners. Guests also have access to a barbecue, billiards, private parking, Wi-Fi, and air-conditioned areas.

The main apartment is located on the first floor of the villa and is accessed via an external staircase leading to a south-facing loggia, characteristic of traditional Tuscan farmhouses. This space, overlooking the surrounding landscape, offers a perfect corner to relax and enjoy the views of the hills.

The indoor areas span approximately 150 square meters and can accommodate up to eight guests. The sleeping area includes three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, while the common spaces are designed for shared moments. Near the entrance, there is a study with a sofa bed and a large fireplace that creates a particularly cozy atmosphere, adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen. A corridor leads to the other bedrooms and a second bathroom, culminating in a bright living room with windows on multiple sides, providing a wide view of the valley and the sunsets over the Tuscan countryside.

The stay includes daily cleaning services, allowing guests to fully indulge in relaxation and exploration of the area. The owners, always attentive and responsive to guests' needs, are happy to share recommendations on itineraries, charming villages, and wineries to visit nearby.

Casa Pietraia is also a farm dedicated to producing organic extra virgin olive oil. The olives, sourced from traditional varieties such as Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, and Pendolino, are hand-harvested from the property’s olive groves and quickly processed at the mill to preserve their quality and aromas. The two-phase extraction process results in oil rich in fragrances and high organoleptic characteristics. Guests can taste it on-site and purchase it directly.

To enhance the stay experience, tastings, dinners featuring traditional dishes prepared with local organic ingredients, and cooking classes led by Emma, the owner, are organized. During these sessions, which last a few hours, guests participate in preparing a complete meal, with the option to adapt recipes to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, or specific dietary restrictions.
