Our new B&B is located in Stiava, a hamlet of Massarosa, in a lush and quiet countryside in the heart of Versilia, a peaceful area. "Casa Penelope" is a rustic house where you can breathe in the scents of our past. Characterized by attention to detail, the residence is elegant and unique in the originality of its antique and vintage style, combined with modern comforts.
The location where we are offers our guests the opportunity to engage in multiple activities such as hiking trails, visiting lush gardens and beautiful landscapes in the surroundings, or reaching Versilia's beaches in less than 10 minutes by car.
Our property is the ideal location for both families who want to find the comforts of their own home in their place of stay, and for a romantic holiday in a peaceful and reserved environment, for nature and tranquility lovers away from the big city.
Our air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, toiletries, hand sanitizer, internet access, TV, mirrors, and our guests can also take advantage of a private bathroom in each room, free wifi, a heated environment, smoking areas, the freedom to return at any time during the night, parking, a car park, and a well-kept garden.
In the morning, we will delight you with delicious breakfasts.
Our veranda and garden with pool are an additional opportunity for relaxation and well-being, in direct contact with nature.

Due to the Covid emergency, we cannot set up a single large buffet, but we have enough space to welcome each room with a small "buffet" at their own table, thus offering a wide choice in complete safety.

Casa Penelope is an original family-run property, surrounded by greenery, where attention to every detail reigns. In Stiava, where the property is located, there is an excellent ice cream parlor and a bar-restaurant always open, even for lunch, easily reachable on foot, while by car you can quickly reach the various points of interest in Versilia. And for this purpose, you can rely on the excellent advice of Monica and Megha. The rooms are large, bright, comfortable, well-kept, and always clean. The pool is a small oasis of relaxation. Excellent breakfast served on the veranda, which becomes a place for meeting and conversation.
