Our new B&B is located in Stiava, a hamlet of Massarosa, in a lush and quiet countryside in the heart of Versilia, a peaceful area. "Casa Penelope" is a rustic house where you can breathe in the scents of our past. Characterized by attention to detail, the residence is elegant and unique in the originality of its antique and vintage style, combined with modern comforts.
The location where we are offers our guests the opportunity to engage in multiple activities such as hiking trails, visiting lush gardens and beautiful landscapes in the surroundings, or reaching Versilia's beaches in less than 10 minutes by car.
Our property is the ideal location for both families who want to find the comforts of their own home in their place of stay, and for a romantic holiday in a peaceful and reserved environment, for nature and tranquility lovers away from the big city.
Our air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, toiletries, hand sanitizer, internet access, TV, mirrors, and our guests can also take advantage of a private bathroom in each room, free wifi, a heated environment, smoking areas, the freedom to return at any time during the night, parking, a car park, and a well-kept garden.
In the morning, we will delight you with delicious breakfasts.
Our veranda and garden with pool are an additional opportunity for relaxation and well-being, in direct contact with nature.
Cleaning is carried out with certified products according to the indications of the World Health Organization (WHO) and following the national protocol of Federalberghi.

Breakfast is not just one of the daily meals, but a veritable "ritual", that prepares us for the day ahead. That's why we have thought of a rich breakfast that can satisfy all tastes. We will offer a continental selection with cakes, pastries, croissants, bread, butter, jams, Nutella, yogurt, cereals, seasonal fruit, eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, coffee, milk, cappuccino, tea, juices, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Gluten-free and vegan preferences are available upon request.
Due to the Covid emergency, we cannot set up a single large buffet, but we have enough space to welcome each room with a small "buffet" at their own table, thus offering a wide choice in complete safety.

Casa Penelope è una originale struttura a gestione familiare, circondata dal verde, ove fa da padrona l'attenzione ad ogni minimo dettaglio.
A Stiava, ove è ubicata la struttura, ci sono un'ottima gelateria ed un bar-ristorante sempre aperto, anche a pranzo, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, mentre con l'auto si possono raggiungere in poco tempo i vari luoghi di interesse della Versilia. Ed a tal fine potrete contare sugli ottimi consigli di Monica e Megha.
Le camere sono grandi, luminose, confortevoli, curate e sempre pulite. La piscina è una piccola oasi di relax.
Ottima la colazione servita in veranda, veranda che diventa luogo di incontro e di conversazione.
La permanenza presso Casa Penelope ha superato tutte le nostre aspettative, perchè oltre ai bellissimi luoghi e paesaggi visitati, alle citta d'arte, alle spiagge curate, all'ottimo cibo, abbiamo goduto di pace, relax e momenti di gioia, con ricordi che porteremo sempre nel cuore, il tutto merito della straordinaria Monica e della sua meravigliosa famiglia, in primis Megha con la dolce Penelope, che, con amore, passione, professionalità e cordialità, si adoperano, cercando di soddisfare al meglio ogni esigenza dei loro ospiti.
