Description
We will welcome you in a separate portion of our house, arranged as a two-floor apartment. The entrance is independent and has self-check-in. The apartment is separated but not divided from the rest of the house.

Silence is required after 10:00 PM out of respect for the neighbors.

Florence is 13 km away.

Prato is 5 km away.

Pistoia is 22 km away.

Asmana Wellness Center -> 3 km
"I Gigli" Shopping Center -> 2.5 km
The bus stop to Florence is in front of the house, although Florence is reached more quickly by car or train, leaving the car at the nearby train station.

The kitchen welcomes us with an induction stove and a comfortable sofa. Going up the stairs, we find the double bedroom with a terrace and the private bathroom with a shower.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 2 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We are very close to the Autostrada del Sole (A1) and the Firenze-Mare (A11), and the bus stop heading towards Florence is located 30 meters from the house.

The bus takes approximately 40 minutes to take you to the Leopolda Station in Florence, from there you can take the tram to reach the city center (about 5 minutes).

Within a few minutes' walk, you will find bars, pharmacies, tobacco shops, and restaurants.

The apartment is very nice and functional, very clean, the bright room with a terrace overlooking the back and a good bed to rest on. Possibility to park in a private driveway, in front of the house door. Excellent communication with the friendly owner.

Budget apartment with everything needed for those who work away from home. There is even parking. Definitely to be considered.

I stayed one night in this bed and breakfast and I must say that the choice turned out to be in line with my expectations. The apartment is small, simple, and not luxurious but well equipped with everything needed. I really appreciated the impeccable cleanliness and the tranquility of the place. Suitable as a base after a day spent as a tourist or as in my case after a day of workshop. Very useful the adjacent parking to the apartment (beware that it's a bit tight as it is located in the access driveway). Recommended for the affordable cost.

The owner is a very kind and helpful person. The structure is equipped with all the essentials, including a small kitchen that is valuable for a meal at home. The owner also provides a parking space.\n\nWe had a great time, the location is strategic. By car, we easily reached Florence in 15 minutes and Pisa, Lucca, and Siena in less than an hour. The value for money is unbeatable. I must mention the owner's availability, I highly recommend it.
