Casa Oliva was created during the summer of 2021, through the renovation of the first-floor apartment in a large family home that was divided into two.
Located in a privileged position just outside the hustle and bustle of Marina di Campo, Casa Oliva is surrounded by greenery but just a stone's throw away from the sea (500 meters from the beach and town center).
You have two apartments at your disposal: a larger one (three-room) that can accommodate up to 6 people, and a smaller one designed as an open space that can accommodate up to 4 people.
Private parking is available on the property, as well as other services for guests such as free bicycles and discount codes for ferry tickets.

Casa Oliva immersed in greenery, with a huge garden: a special thanks to Barbara and Andrea because they make you feel at home. It is complete with every accessory, top furniture, 500 meters on foot from the center/sea and in a quiet position. A thank you also from our 'furry' 'kids' who really appreciated the large balconies. Thank you for everything! We definitely recommend Casa Oliva and when we come back to Marina di Campo we will return.

The holiday spent at Casa Oliva was unforgettable, the apartment is finished with luxury amenities and is equipped with every comfort. The house is strategically located to reach the most beautiful places and beaches of the island of Elba, it is very close to the town center where you can find any kind of service, but at the same time, it is located in a quiet area where you can relax on a large terrace in the light of splendid sunsets. The hosts Barbara and Andrea are extremely kind and helpful people and can support you in any kind of need.

We were very happy with the apartment. It is decorated with great taste. Everything needed for a perfect holiday is available. The location is optimal: short distances to the beach and shopping, restaurants for every taste within walking distance, yet quiet and idyllic on the outskirts. Bicycles also allow for small excursions and there was also a parking space in the shade. The landlords are very warm and helpful, always available and very attentive. We definitely recommend the apartment! Thank you very much!

We stayed in the apartment for 14 days. The apartment is located just a few steps from the center of Marina di Campo, in a quiet area. The structure has been recently renovated and is equipped with every comfort. We had a great time and can only recommend it! We hope to come back!
