Studio for 2+2 people, fully equipped, with a recent and tasteful bathroom and furnishings. A nice long balcony with east exposure, covered parking and the possibility to use bicycles. Recommended!

We returned with great pleasure because the rented space has all the comforts, offers peace and, at the same time, its proximity to the small town center allows for a pleasant stay. We were really happy to have spent a week at this property. Excellent choice and great value for money.

I stayed for a week with my family at this beautiful property. Clean, new and tastefully furnished, in a peaceful location but just a few steps from the center. I hope to return soon.

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Oliva in the last week of July, and we really felt good. Our hosts, Andrea and Barbara, were very welcoming and helpful from the very beginning; the house is new and well-equipped, with a double bed and a fairly comfortable sofa bed. The bathroom, in our opinion, is the highlight of the house, with a very spacious and comfortable shower, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The kitchen is small but very functional, with a microwave, induction cooktop with two burners, spacious fridge but small freezer; on the various shelves, there are all the accessories you might need for cooking. The only observation we feel we need to make concerns the management of waste, specifically the organic waste; this is kept, before being thrown away by the host, in a little room on the ground floor, and if it accumulates, it creates a bit of a bad smell on the stairs, which has been attempted to counteract with very good air fresheners on the upper floor. Regarding the location, Villa Oliva is less than 5 minutes on foot from the center and a little more from the beach of Marina di Campo, and it is also very close - both on foot and by car - to Conad City. The little road to reach the villa (Via Bonacceta) is a bit narrow, and probably cars such as SUVs, or those about 1.90 meters wide, would not be able to enter. The parking is inside the villa and has a very useful awning to protect the car from both rain and sun. Furthermore, in the evening on Via Bonacceta, which is the street that leads from the house to the main avenue to reach the center, there is no lighting; in fact, when we walked back, we used our phone flashlights. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience and hope, if there is another opportunity, to return to Casa Oliva!

The apartment fully corresponds to the description. Andrea, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that we could only stay for a few days.

Excellent apartment and service in Marina di Campo.

Casa Oliva consists of 3 apartments, 2 of which are used for summer rentals. I stayed in the one called the Grande, and indeed it is a recently renovated apartment with 2 spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms en suite, kitchen, and a spacious terrace for outdoor dining. Noteworthy is the design of the entire apartment chosen in my opinion with great care. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, the bathrooms have a large shower, and all rooms are air-conditioned. Last but not least, it is in a strategic location, away from the hustle and bustle of the center but close to the beach and all services. The only flaw is the access road, which is really narrow.

Casa Oliva immersed in greenery, with a huge garden: a special thanks to Barbara and Andrea because they make you feel at home. It is complete with every accessory, top furniture, 500 meters on foot from the center/sea and in a quiet position. A thank you also from our 'furry' 'kids' who really appreciated the large balconies. Thank you for everything! We definitely recommend Casa Oliva and when we come back to Marina di Campo we will return.

Everything is fine.

One word only: Splendid!

The holiday spent at Casa Oliva was unforgettable, the apartment is finished with luxury amenities and is equipped with every comfort. The house is strategically located to reach the most beautiful places and beaches of the island of Elba, it is very close to the town center where you can find any kind of service, but at the same time, it is located in a quiet area where you can relax on a large terrace in the light of splendid sunsets. The hosts Barbara and Andrea are extremely kind and helpful people and can support you in any kind of need.

We were very happy with the apartment. It is decorated with great taste. Everything needed for a perfect holiday is available. The location is optimal: short distances to the beach and shopping, restaurants for every taste within walking distance, yet quiet and idyllic on the outskirts. Bicycles also allow for small excursions and there was also a parking space in the shade. The landlords are very warm and helpful, always available and very attentive. We definitely recommend the apartment! Thank you very much!

We stayed in the apartment for 14 days. The apartment is located just a few steps from the center of Marina di Campo, in a quiet area. The structure has been recently renovated and is equipped with every comfort. We had a great time and can only recommend it! We hope to come back! Thanks again to Barbara and her family for the wonderful welcome.
