Casa Giuliana consists of two large bedrooms, both with double beds, one of which has a small terrace.

The entire accommodation is equipped with double-chamber noise-reducing glass windows given the proximity to the railway.

The house is completed by a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking, bathroom with amenities and shower cubicle.

The apartment is perfect for couples, families or groups of friends.

It has ultra-fast fiber Wifi, air conditioning in both bedrooms and ceiling fans in all rooms to allow our guests to stay comfortably even on the hottest summer days.

After many years in which my wife and I used tourist rental apartments for our holidays, we decided to embark on the Host adventure in our hometown, Florence.

Since the beginning of 2024 we have both been retired and can thus dedicate ourselves to receiving guests in our city.

The apartment is located in the Statuto area, near the Fortezza da Basso, home to fairs and events. Just 200 meters away is the tram stop with which you can easily reach the city centre, the central station of Florence, the Careggi hospital, the Meyer pediatric hospital and the airport.
The city center can be reached with a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are restaurants where you can dine, supermarket where you can buy groceries, cafes and bars where you can have excellent breakfasts, swimming pool, gym.

Excellent stay, a ten with honors thanks to the beauty of the house and especially to the kindness of the owner. I recommend everyone to go there because you will definitely not regret it. The tram stop is very close, but you can also reach the city center by taking a walk. The house is very clean and equipped with all the accessories. We will definitely return as soon as we can. I strongly recommend this structure.

Great apartment, spacious and very clean, with all the comforts covered. Alessandro and Cinzia were two wonderful hosts, they showed us around the house and recommended many places in the city. We will definitely come back if we visit Florence again. Thank you so much for everything!
