Casa Furrer, in the middle of the green and magnificent countryside, far away from the traffic and the chaos of the city, is really the perfect place to spend your holidays marked by serenity and relaxation.

We are at only 300m from the sandy beach and 450m from the Water Park "Sunlight"
Innkeepers for 3 generations, we are committed into offering, during all the year, a solution of convenient, economical and welcoming accommodation, we own one-, two- and three-room apartments, simply and nicely furnished, between the beach and the pinewood.

Whether for a business trip or otherwise, for your holidays, to take advantage of the many cultural, natural and recreational aspects offered by the Tuscany region, you will be able in our apartments to enjoy the serenity, in the middle of the nature, just a step away from the sea and the equipped beaches, in a cordial and informal environment, guaranteed by our direct family-owned business.

Each accommodation, equipped of bedrooms, kitchen/kitchen nook and bathrooms, also has a private outside space with a table, an umbrella and a deckchair.

In the garden, children can play and it is also possible to make barbecues and to park your car.

Clean, warm and welcoming accommodation. The host was very accommodating to our requests. Close to the town center and the Stella Maris hospital. Ideal for children, as it is surrounded by greenery.

The apartment is large, very nice, and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. It is located in a quiet area but close to the sea and the center. Andreas is very kind, available, and always present. Highly recommended.

Casa Furrer is located directly by the sea and is just a few meters from the beach. Umbrellas and sunbeds are available and are recommended. On the holiday apartment's own terrace, you can relax in peace, have breakfast, and grill in the evening. The apartment is spacious and has air conditioning. The windows are equipped with insect screens. The supermarket is 400 meters away. There you can also find fresh rolls for breakfast. Restaurants and the city center are within walking distance. For longer walks and jogging, the adjacent pine forest invites you to do so. We look back on a wonderful and relaxing holiday and will come back next year.

Beautiful villa with lots of flowers and games for children. Very close to the sea. Very welcoming and friendly host who speaks French. Studio with a bedroom with a double bed separated by a curtain from the other room with 2 single beds with kitchen, air conditioning, and bathroom. Small private outdoor space with a table. Very pleasant holiday home.

The owner is available and punctual. He kindly agreed to pick us up from Livorno port and then took us to Pisa airport at a more convenient price than a taxi. He is ready to promptly solve all problems and is always in touch. Good location - 200 meters from the Conad store, 5 minutes from the beach. There is a playground in the area.

The structure is immersed in greenery with beautiful plants. The place is very peaceful and we rested very well. Those looking for tranquility are in the right place. The manager was always available and helpful for every need. We had a good time.

Beautiful place surrounded by greenery, a stone's throw from the sea. Casa Furrer is very clean and quiet, in the garden there are games for children, available to tenants. Andreas is very kind and helpful, and the area is well supplied. A stone's throw from Pisa and Livorno.

Nice place, very welcoming and comfortable due to its proximity to the sea, ideal for families. We were greeted with great kindness and availability by Andreas and his family and stayed in the studio for a week. Complete with everything: equipped kitchen, functional bathroom with shower, air conditioning, television and wifi, plus very useful the reserved outdoor area with sun loungers and table, personal parking and children's play area. I recommend it to everyone and I really think we will return!
