Description

Bed and Breakfast Home sweet home" is a villa of recent construction situated at the center of upper Lunigiana, between Bagnone, known as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and the medieval town of Filetto.

The villa is surrounded by a large garden full of Mediterranean plants and fruit trees.

The rooms are light and spacious and breakfast, which is usually of Italian style is of home made cakes and jam or savories with vegetable pies, home made salami and typical Lunigiana products.

There is a cordial and family atmosphere and the particularly quiet surroundings are ideal for a perfectly relaxed vacation.

On request we can provide half board with typical local dishes.

In the immediate vicinity there is Villa Sport with Olympic swimming pools and tennis courts surrounded by the "Selva di Filetto" park with its century old chestnut trees which traditionally inspired the dark forest of Dante.

The railway station is two kilometres away.

The Aulla exit of the motorway is ten kilometers away while the exit of Pontremoli is 12 km away.

The airport of Pisa is 100 km away.

The airport of Milano is 200 km away (150 minutes).

The "Cinque terre" and "Versilia" are 30 mins drive away.

A wonderful place, beautiful house and room. Mrs. Maria Vittoria is very kind, friendly and helpful. Her husband is also very kind. I could not have chosen better. An extremely high quality to price ratio. I even recommend it to those who want to take a beach vacation because the distance is negligible compared to the quality. It goes without saying that for tourism in historic Lunigiana I consider it a must. Go with confidence.

We had a great time. The structure is clean, welcoming with a magnificent garden very well kept. The managers are extremely kind and absolutely pet friendly. The Italian breakfast is very good with homemade sweets and honey. A bit off-center, but quiet and close to many interesting places. Pontremoli is a gem.

I was warmly welcomed with my two dogs. I found a very clean, spacious, and affordable room. It was an optimal solution for me, as the B&B Casa dolce casa is very close to my relatives, allowing me to spend the Christmas holidays in serenity. Claudia.

The room (essential and with a private bathroom) is part of the owners' house; the situation and management are clearly family-like, very quiet, reserved, quite silent (the walls let voices seep through a bit, even when they are subdued). Garden, nice but not usable. Parking space 'by chance'. Located at the foot of a hill with wild vegetation behind; extremely quiet location, on the extreme edge of a nice, well-preserved medieval-style village; other villages nearby, all worth visiting. 40 minutes from Marina di Carrara, by car via the highway. Good for hiking or mountain biking, or just for a 'passing by' night.

mi spiace non si sia trovato bene, ma che siamo un b&b e non un affittacamere mi pare ci sia scritto chiaramente cosi come la posizione facilmente visibile e riscontrabile, basta dare un occhiata con google maps . Le faccio notare che i voti non sono come a scuola, se mi da 6 vuol dire che mancano 4 punti , se come gestore mi da 8 vuol dire che ho mancato per due punti, e nel caso cosa avrei dovuto fare oltre che aspettare il suo arrivo fino alle 22,30 ? oppure come Lei avrebbe potuto fruire del giardino arrivando la sera tardi e partendo la mattina dopo? . grazie e saluti

A true Bed and Breakfast inside Mrs. Maria's house. In a good location to visit Lunigiana, especially Filattiera and Pontremoli. A good breakfast with homemade jam and honey directly produced by Mrs. Maria's son. The Amor di Maria are delicious, typical sweets of Pontremoli. Impeccable cleanliness, very spacious room with bathroom in a quiet area where a good rest is assured.

We were expecting a hotel, but it was more of a large room and bathroom in someone's house, which we personally do not appreciate. However, the room was very large and extremely clean, as well as the bathroom. Our host was very kind and welcoming.

Such a refreshing experience! Truly a home sweet home. Always perfectly clean and regularly cleaned during the stay. All the basic amenities at hand and a lot of space. On top of that the sweetest host family made the experience exceptional. It is a true bed and breakfast in the age of hotels disguised as such. A hidden gem.

Warm, cozy, and with a family atmosphere. In response to a slight illness of my husband, they prepared a hot tea for us in the late afternoon and provided us with medicine upon request. I would have expected the offer of a small refreshment, just a sandwich or two slices of toast, as dinner for me, who instead remained on an empty stomach until the morning. I gave all very high ratings and they were sincere. I allowed myself to express an opinion regarding a lack of hospitality. The sharp response from the manager who read this review left me stunned.

One of the best bed and breakfasts I've stayed at. Super spacious room equipped with every comfort, balcony, air conditioning, radiators, large and windowed bathroom, bright and very clean. Kind and helpful owners. Breakfast with home-made cakes and jams and excellent honey from organic farming produced by the son. The property is in a quiet area, away from traffic and chaos, and in the evening it is immersed in a pleasant and relaxing silence. Absolutely not to be missed!

We had been here years ago and we came back, because it's like coming home. Angelo and Maria Vittoria are nothing short of exquisite, as are the exquisite breakfasts that Maria Vittoria prepares, with the attention she dedicates to guests, children and animals. Welcoming and caring, huge and very clean room. Strategically located for all destinations in the area. Highly recommended.

We stayed one night, the environment is very nice, in the green and quiet, pets are welcome and the cleanliness is excellent, the host is like a mom and it feels like being at home, the sea, with the 5 lands, is fifteen minutes away. Also to be considered for longer stays.
