Modern and very welcoming furnishings. Bedroom with double bed and large wall-mounted TV. Sofa bed in the living room for a third place. Suitable environment for a romantic getaway, or visiting Florence. Close to the tram, public transport stops, 700 meters from Careggi hospital, 7 km from Santa Maria Novella station and the historic center.

Property near Careggi Hospital. For those who want to go to the city center, there is a tram stop in front of the hospital and the center can be reached in a few minutes. Olivier is friendly and very helpful with the check-in, even though we arrived a bit late. Recommended.

Excellent location for Careggi Hospital and for public transport to reach the city center. Delightful and very clean apartment. The owners were very helpful. We recommend it.

Olivier is an excellent host. We were welcomed with local wine and some snacks. The apartment is very clean and equipped with all amenities. It is a bit far from the center, but on the next street there is a bus stop that goes to the center. We really enjoyed our two-day stay.
