In the heart of the city of Arezzo, in the heart of the historic center, in the street of Casa Vasari, is the building where Pietro Aretino was born, a man of letters and a man of culture of the Italian Renaissance.
The house of 100 square meters is located on the main floor overlooking the large exclusive roof garden of 300 square meters.
The house consists of two large and double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large entrance hall with two double sofa beds and a large living room with kitchen and fireplace.
Peace, tranquility, relaxation and privacy are the main features of the house.
The best thing is to have breakfast. Barefoot in the grass of the garden and play with the children on the grass in full sunlight. Dining out on summer days is an incredible experience !!!

The house is in the inner part of the historic center but adjacent to the ZTL. The district is of hypostation and medieval and the building has even more ancient origins. 50 steps from the Giorgio Vasari House Museum and 50 steps from the Medieval Museum. 300 steps from the church of San Domenico with the famous crucifix by Cimabue and about 600 steps from Piazza San Francesco with the wonderful and famous frescoes by Piero della Francesca (The legend of the true cross). Once in Piazza Sa Francesco you can say you are already in the city center.
The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful residential area. On one side a convent of nuns and on the other a discreet and kind block of flats. Nearby there is an excellent pastry shop and a small neighborhood grocery / pizzeria.

The house is really beautiful, spacious and welcoming with a beautiful garden. It is located in the center of Arezzo, inside the walls, and the most interesting places in the city can be easily reached on foot, as well as using it as a starting point for the numerous places to visit in the surroundings. Sara was really kind and helpful, offering appropriate explanations and suggestions. I will highly recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

Cozy, spacious, very clean and equipped with every comfort and accessory. Very central location yet very quiet, convenient for visiting the city and all services. The owner is a lovely and very competent person who knows how to make the guest feel at ease. Family of 5, stayed for a few days to visit Tuscany and Umbria.
