Montalcino Holidays is the realization of a dream..Silvia and Tommaso's dream of creating a structure to offer visitors the opportunity to stay and enjoy Montalcino's territory and wonders.
The apartment is located in a new panoramic residential area adjacent to the town of Montalcino. It has all been recently renovated and furnished in a modern style, it comprises on the entrance floor a large common living room kitchen which leads to a large double bedroom with a wonderful panoramic habitable terrace, hallway and bathroom with large panoramic window.
Upstairs is the other large double bedroom with large panoramic terrace and bathroom.
Free car parking is available next to the apartment. On request, covered shelter for bicycles/motorcycles or luggage storage is available.
The two rooms can be rented individually or together in the case of groups, for a maximum of 6 guests.
On request and with supplement:
- it is possible to request an additional third bed;
- it is possible to accommodate small pets.
COVID19: We take great care in sanitizing the apartment and its equipment at each booking change to guarantee our welcome guests a stay in complete serenity.
From November to March, gas consumption for heating is to be paid separately. (to be agreed with the manager).

On request and with extra charge it is possible to have all the necessary for the preparation of the breakfast (beverages, croissants, biscuits..). You can specify your breakfast preferences and we will let you find everything (in sealed packages) in the kitchen of the apartment.
The cost of the service is €5 per person per day.
Alternatively we have an agreement with a local bar, near the apartment, where you can enjoy your breakfasts and meals.

Hi, I'm Silvia, I live in Siena but my family is originally from Montalcino and this wonderful area has always had a special place in my heart.
With my husband Tommaso we started working about 5 years ago in the tourism sector and as soon as it was possible we decided to embark on a new adventure with the management of our holiday home in Montalcino.
We like to make our guests feel good, as if they were friends who come to visit us and stay with us from all over Italy and the world.
We always try to ensure that in our home they find all the comforts and services they may need to enjoy a pleasant stay.

The apartment is located near the historic center of Montalcino, in a dominant, fresh, breezy and panoramic position. An excellent starting point for discovering all the wonders of the Montalcino area, the splendid Abbey of S. Antimo and enjoying the marvelous Valdorcia, a Unesco heritage site, with its fascinating towns: Pienza, S. Quirico d'Orcia, S. Giovanni d' Asso and the fascinating Monte Amiata.
Also an ideal place for romantic getaways dedicated to relaxation, nature and food and wine, with the nearby spas of Bagno Vignoni and Bagni S. Everything is fine except for a couple of significant details. The room is exposed to the sun and lacks air conditioning, making the air unbreathable (especially in the month of August of this scorching summer). A hellish night. Also, they ask you to dispose of the waste you produce (!), taking them to throw them who knows where (it's the first time it happens to me).

Nell annuncio non è citata l'aria condizionata tra i servizi disponibili inoltre siamo in centro storico e mettere il condizionatore non è così banale come lei pensa. Nei prezzi che facciamo teniamo conto di questo. L'estate di quest'anno è stata particolarmente calda magari la prossima volta le conviene scegliere una struttura con aria condizionata pagando ovviamente dei prezzi assolutamente diversi. Per quanto riguarda i rifiuti lei a casa sua quando va via come fa? Li butta al cassonetto oppure li lascia in casa?! Ecco noi chiediamo la stessa cosa. Quindi non chiediamo di buttarli "chissà dove" semplicemente non lasciarli in casa visto anche che i cassonetti sono appena fuori il centro nei parcheggi dove gli ospiti tengono le auto. Credo che fare 100mt con un sacchetto della spazzatura non sia un sacrificio poi così grande però se proprio le dava così tanto fastidio poteva tranquillamente lasciarli che avremmo provveduto noi a buttarli. La nostra è una richiesta di collaborazione che ci sembra di buon senso (io se vado in vacanza non lascio il sacco della spazzatura da buttare a chi mi ospita) ma come detto è una usanza di collaborazione se poi non viene seguita ci pensiamo noi senza problemi. Ci dispiace che non venga valutata la fatica e l'attenzione che mettiamo in tanti dettagli per rendere piacevole il soggiorno dei nostri ospiti e che semplicisticamente non trovando un servizio (tra l'altro evidentemente non presente) si cerchi di demonizzare l'impegno di anni di lavoro spesi per cercare di migliorare continuamente adattandosi alle esigenze dei clienti affinché le loro vacanze siano le più piacevoli possibile. Non possiamo scrivere noi recensioni sui clienti.ma sinceramente non ci interessa lavorare con persone come lei. Se ci avesse segnalato subito il problema avremmo rinunciato volentieri all'incasso di una sera in modo che lei potesse trovare ciò che più la accontentava.
