Description
Campo di Carlo is situatedin the Province of Livorno, approximately 5 km from Sassetta and 16 km from the sea of the Etruscan Riviera Tuscany.
Cristina has completely restored their antique stone farmhouse, with 8 bedrooms, each with private bathroom.
In the morning, we prepare a rich breakfast buffet, composed of bread, toast, cereals, eggs, butter, jam, ham and salami, cheese, coffee, fresh fruits, fruit juices etc.
During the colder months, guests can have breakfast in the breakfast room, whereas during the summer months, guests do usually have breakfast outside, under the peaceful veranda.
At the guest's disposal is the completely equipped kitchen, where each room has reserved a locker for food. Outside, next to the house, a barbecue and a stone oven that are also both at the guest's complete disposal.
Around the buildings, the huge, well-kept park and the nice swimming pool (14x7 mt), surrounded by deck chairs, sun beds, parasols and a pavillion, ideal to enjoy the silence of this place.
Furhter underneath the house and more distant from the peaceful pool area, table tennis, a small children's playground (swing, slide etc.) and a boccia course. At the guest's disposal there are also bikes, with which it is possible to discover the surroundings.
The farmhouse is located in the midst of the lush green Maremma countryside, with routes that are ideal for jogging or trekking. In 5 minutes by car it is possible to reach the medieval village Sassetta with grocer's and other shops for the most important daily needs, post office, pharmacy and bank. The beautiful long sand beaches of the Etruscan Coast, San Vincenzo, the Gulf of Baratti can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car.

Every morning we organize a continental buffet breakfast in our dining room and in the garden (where guests could find table to sit); our breakfast provide juices, Tuscany products: cheese, salami, Focaccia, fruits, cereals, and home-made products such as: bread marmalade, yogurt, cakes.
Of course we'll be pleased to satisfy different requests that could help our guests to have a better holiday, so please inform us in case you need something that you don't find in our buffet.

Buongiorno. Ottima struttura, Posizione invidiabile un panorama e una tranquillità da vero B&B, pulizia e accoglienza uno dei migliori fra tutti quelli passati, camere spaziose pulite e tutto funzionante acqua scarichi servizi frigo bar (possibilità uso cucina in comune con pentole e stoviglie) ideale per famiglie con figli, accettano animali domestici. Colazione ricca ed abbondante dolce e salato diversificata di gg in gg. Indicazioni per il raggiungimento della struttura fornite dal gestore ottime (non prende il navigatore). Uso piscina e lettini, + giochi bambini tutto compreso.
(Fornisce anche sconti per ingressi alle terme di zona dai 4 ai 5 euro a persona). Voto finale 9,5. Consigliato.

Non ho potuto fare a meno di dare voto 10 a tutto perchè effettivamente se lo merita, è un posto meraviglioso, immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità, equidistante da mare e posti storici suggestivi, la proprietaria è una persona affabile, gentile e simpatica sempre pronta a dispensare informazioni utili e a scherzare, locali pulitissimi e forniti di tutto, dalla televisione al condizionatore, frigo bar, per non parlare della prima colazione (sono rimasto a bocca aperta dalla varietà e qualità dei cibi). Abbiamo passato un fine settimana splendido. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti, sia giovani che anziani, coppie e famiglie con bambini.
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Forse le foto non rendono merito a questo meraviglioso angolo di paradiso. Dovete trascorre minimo due notti, perchè la prima colazione è meravigliosa e non vi aspettate di trovare tutto ciò che vi viene offerto, mentre la seconda colazione andrete a mangiare tutto ciò che non avete potuto gustare la mattina precedente. I gestori sono molto accoglienti e già dal primo minuto ti senti a casa tua. Noi abbiamo pernottato in una quadrupla in tre con letto a castello, il soffitto a tetto altissimo, una finestra sul parco ed un bagno pulito spazioso ed efficiente. La piscina piccola ma ben curata, da sfruttare però causa esposizione in alcune ore del giorno. Io mi ero portato a corredo la mia bici da strada, ed ho potuto lasciarla all'interno del casottino dove ci sono le mtk del B&B. Il silenzio regna sovrano, a qualsiasi ora del giorno e soprattutto della notte. Sicuramente una vacanza da rifare.

La struttura è esattamente come appare nelle foto: molto curata nell'esterno e nell'interno e si può fare una deliziosa ed abbondante colazione. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera per 4 persone molto spaziosa (cosa assai rara) e curata. La proprietaria è molto attenta, gentile e sa fornire preziosi suggerimenti, inoltre fornisce sconti per le vicinissime Terme di Sasseta (molto scenografiche, curate e d efficaci), per gustosi Ristoranti e per il parco giochi Cavallino Matto. La posizione della struttura e favorevole per escursioni nelle zone di Baratti-Populonia, famose per il mare e per il parco archeologico. Da non perdere i paesi di Sasseta e di Suvereto, da cui si godono viste splendide.
