Description
Il Giglio is situated in the historic center of Pienza, in a Renaissance Palace, just steps away from Piazza Pio II and Palazzo Piccolomini, which can be seen from some rooms. The attic loft offers, from its terrace, one of the most incredible views of the Val d'Orcia.

The Giglio, renovated and furnished with care, reveal the characteristics of the Tuscan style: terracotta floors, antique decorations and frescoes, wood-beamed ceilings. All units have a TV, a modern private bathroom with shower and/or bath tube, toiletries, heating, air conditioned, mini bar, free wi fi. The apartments for 4 people have a fully equipped kitchen and living-room. Daily clearing and daily change of towels.

Breakfast is served in your room at the hour you desire.

The last renovation has enhanced Il Giglio a wellness cave with sauna, whirlpool, chromotherapy, turkish bath shower, aromatherapy to give its guests a holiday not only rich in nature, culture and art but also for relaxation and wellness. Exclusive use (30 euro for the couple/one hour)

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Struttura nel centro di Pienza in un vicoletto molto suggestivo, a 5 minuti a piedi da un parcheggio gratuito. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità della proprietaria Roberta per l'orario del check-in e per l'ottima colazione servita in camera all'orario concordato. La camera si trovava all'ultimo piano in una parte mansardata della struttura, molto carina e dotata di tutto il necessario. Molto comodo il letto e lenzuola morbidissime.

Location splendida, suggerisco il loft con terrazza, con vista spettacolare! Camera e bagno attrezzatissimi, dai tappi per le orecchie al phon, piastra per capelli (!), dischetti di cotone, dispenser fornitissimi con bagno schiuma, shampoo, crema per il corpo, ciabattine, accappatoi, insomma non portate niente da casa! Colazione molto ricca, servita direttamente in camera.

Roberta molto cordiale, camera pulitissima e funzionale. Unico neo (nell'insieme comunque trascurabile) la colazione: bellissimo il fatto che viene portata in camera, però i prodotti sono piuttosto industriali (dal succo allo yogurt, alle marmellatine che non si capisce dove andrebbero spalmate, non essendoci pane o fette biscottate, burro). Nel "bed & breakfast" la colazione la fa spesso da padrona, non in questo caso. Però il resto degli elementi positivi fanno sicuramente passare in secondo piano questo piccolo neo: la nostra camera (con uno spettacolare bagno annesso) era dotata di ogni comfort, arredata con gusto, molto accogliente. Tornerei di sicuro nella struttura, un grazie a Roberta per la sua disponibilità!

Struttura a conduzione familiare ben gestita. Ricerca di ogni minimo particolare, accogliente dalla hall alla camera. Colazione servita in camera accordandosi con la proprietaria. Lo stra consiglio per l'ottima posizione (si parcheggia la macchina e si gira Pienza comodamente a piedi), ottimo rapporto qualità, servizi / prezzo. E ciliegina sulla torta: piccola spa nella grotta sotto le fondamenta della struttura.

Sono stata in questo b&b per 2 notti col mio ragazzo e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento che avevamo prenotato è carinissimo, molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. È nuovo, si vede, molto ben arredato e curato nei dettagli, il materasso comodissimo. I cornetti della colazione davvero buoni. Appena arrivi nel frigo avevamo trovato dell'acqua, del latte e del succo per la colazione. La grotta spa è bellissima e davvero molto rilassante, merita davvero. Roberta è gentilissima e davvero disponibile a venirvi in contro per ogni tipo di richiesta. La consiglio e sicuramente ci torneremo. Pienza davvero un bel borgo

Io e mio marito siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura, siamo stati subito piacevolmente colpiti dalla gentilezza simpatia e sopratutto l ospitalita della titolare, nonché dal B&B deliziosamente accogliente e pulito, non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci.

La collocazione è proprio al centro di Pienza ed è ottimale, La location è curata nei minimi particolari così come l'attenzione della Signora Roberta sempre carina gentile e disponibile ad accontentare la sua clientela. Il garbo che lei porge è attento così come tutti i particolari che fanno da coreografia a tutta la struttura. Sicuramente da consigliare ed io da tornarci.

Ottimo B&B nel centro di Pienza. Pulizia eccellente, camere arredate con gusto, attenzione al particolare e al cliente, reception fornita di tutto per una tisana a tutte le ore. Non è adatto a chi non può fare molte scale, credo però che abbia anche un appartamento al piano terra. Chiedere per conferma.
