Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by Dr. Beatrice who will provide you with a map of Florence along with useful information such as transportation to the historical center. Additionally, she will recommend nearby restaurants and bars, museums, and special events taking place at the nearby Cascine Park. Don't miss out on the amazing deals at the weekly market held on Tuesday mornings! Dr. Beatrice will also hand over the keys for your convenient access to come and go as you please.

The room was spacious and clean. Extra towels were prepared. The owner gave me everything I needed. Even after using the towels once, she offered to change them for me. She gave me keys to lock my doors, the room and the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean. Even though she understood very little English, we still managed to talk and she offered to tell me everything I needed to know, for instance about disposing of rubbish and plastics, and she took out the trash too. The only thing was that the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was not good at all. I could feel the springs when I lay on it. It would have been nice if the fridge were bigger as well. I could not fit all my food in it.

Great apartment with a single room and private bathroom. There is a TV, a small personal fridge, and a desk if you want to work or study with your laptop. Located in the strategic area of Novoli in Florence, just outside the historic center but easily reachable by tram line T2 that passes near where the apartment is located (Torre degli Agli stop). With tram line T2, in addition to reaching the train station and historic center, you can also go/arrive to/from the airport.

Mrs. Bea was available for all our needs. Great location with restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the airport is very close. Definitely worth returning for a stay in Florence.

Excellent structure, located in a strategic position to move quickly and freely. Very close to the tram (Torre degli Agli stop) and convenient for moving independently with public transport for work or tourism commitments. Great location, not far from the T2 tram line (stop Novoli Torre degli Agli). Airport and central station easily reachable. Mrs. Beatrice is very friendly and particularly precise and attentive to meet the needs of her guests.

I found myself well, Mrs. Beatrice is very helpful and kind, the accommodation is clean and essential. The place is close to the tram and it's easy to reach the center. The only thing is the heat. Air conditioning would be needed.

We had a great time, in a cozy room with sufficient amenities. The location of the property is close to the city center (35 minutes on foot if you feel like walking, 10 minutes by bus otherwise). The owner was very welcoming and helpful. A beautiful experience to absolutely repeat!
