Brezza della Primavera is a fully renovated apartment, located on the third floor, with an elevator, in a quiet and family-friendly environment.

We have four bright and comfortable rooms with private facilities, air conditioning in each room with a thermostat, mini fridge, TV, and safe; two of them have a terrace and two have a French door. Additionally, we offer the use of our fully equipped kitchen. No breakfast included.

Our B&B is suitable for every need, and we provide the utmost professionalism by taking care of every detail.

For those who love to breathe the spring air and sleep with our grandmother's embroidered linens that regenerate the body and spirit.

I stayed in one of Mrs. Assuntina's houses in the middle of August. The structure is expensive overall, considering the services offered and the location. It is outside the center and is very inconvenient for Pisa when compared to many other bnb. From the very beginning, Mrs. Assuntina promised things that she later withdrew as we confirmed the bookings. Firstly, she promised breakfast and secondly, a private parking space. On the latter, she shamelessly lied, as it is a parking space along the street that is sometimes occupied. Her ultimate goal seemed to be the cashing in of money. On the third day, the showers no longer provided hot water. I must say that, being the penultimate day, we did not bother to call the host. The bed was very uncomfortable and the kitchen was poorly equipped with utensils and basic items like oil and salt, which are not mandatory but usually provided in other places. Furthermore, the landlady changed the requested payment methods several times, even demanding that we cancel bank transfers. Another major flaw of the apartment is the promotion of a smart TV, when in reality there is not even wifi. For some guests, the network is so poor as to be almost unusable. Finally, no information was provided on check-out once the money had been collected. In short, I strongly advise against staying in these apartments considering the services and treatment received.

Salve Daniele, siamo contenti che abbia gradito l’alloggio nella casa vacanze che, come ricorda il nome è un appartamento, non un b&b. La colazione non può essere fornita e non le è certo stata indicata come presente. Il parcheggio non è privato ma lungo una strada sotto al palazzo che ha sempre a disposizione posti come indicato anche a lei. Per quanto riguarda il pagamento ci dispiace per l’accaduto ma purtroppo è capitato in un momento in cui era successo un incidente, L’host era all’ospedale impossibilitata a venire. Abbiamo comunque fatto il possibile per garantirle il servizio come lo aveva richiesto. Concludo dicendo che per il check-out le informazioni sono state inviate, come per il check-in che a differenza di quel che facciamo di solito, visto il problema in corso,e la sua richiesta di fare il check-in dopo la chiusura alle 20:00 (come indicato), è stato fatto effettuare in tarda notte a vostra preferenza. La smart TV è presente per utilizzarla basta utilizzare l’hotspost del telefono. Il wi-fi è indicato che non è presente all’interno degli appartamenti. La ringrazio per la gentilezza e per aver capito la situazione in cui ci trovavamo al momento del suo arrivo. Cordiali saluti

Hello, I would like to thank the owner of the property for the excellent hospitality and availability without hesitation, I was a long-term guest both in the apartments and in the shared house with other guests. Equally deserving of thanks is the owner's collaborator who, with seriousness and professionalism, performs an impeccable role in cleaning and sanitizing the property. Extremely kind and helpful managers. Extremely clean and comfortable environments. Furnishings in perfect condition. Heating and air conditioning system. The location is far from the city center but a stone's throw from the new Cisanello hospital (convenient for those who need to access the facility). Free parking (no blue lines).

I stayed in a single room for health reasons, and I must say that the proximity to the hospital allows you to park your car and pick it up when you leave. Cozy, clean environment equipped with shower gel, shampoo, soap, hairdryer, towels and bathrobes, and a private mini-fridge. The room is adequately air-conditioned, I never felt hot despite the outside temperature being very high. Comfortable bed. Daily cleaning. Mrs. Dina, the B&B owner, is truly a kind and caring person. I highly recommend it!

Spacious room with everything you need and more. Cozy, comfortable, clean environment. Equipped with a kitchen if needed. Despite being a shared apartment, there were no issues with excessively loud guests, perhaps also due to the room layout. Provided with towels and soap/shampoo/shower gel/hairdryer. Comfortable and large beds (the single one was a queen size). A true vacation.\n\nThe only problem is the relative distance from the center; during the day, thanks to the bus connections, the issue is manageable, but late at night it can be critical.

I stayed in a room with a private bathroom in an apartment with two other rooms, each also with a private bathroom, and a shared kitchen. I rated it 8 because it is well-presented, considering it is in a 7-story building. The apartment is very clean, and daily cleaning and room arrangement are carried out. The owner is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is not provided. The kitchen area has a table, sink, and microwave oven. Each room has its own fully functional mini-fridge. The wi-fi did not work well. The location is strategic for those needing proximity to Cisanello Hospital (less than 100 m on foot). Very quiet area. Outdoor parking is available, but in a fenced area with an automatic barrier.

My boyfriend and I were guests of Mrs. Assuntina and we recommend this property for its location not far from the city center. The owner was very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival, the room is exactly as in the photos posted on the website, clean and spacious. The only flaw that I feel the need to mention is the lack of breakfast that was included in the reservation.

I stayed at the Brezza della Primavera 1, they should add wifi, improve the electric lighting which was very poor (burnt out light bulbs not replaced), expand the kitchen utensils (they were very limited), we didn't have changes of sheets, towels.\n\nThe apartment was impeccable and very clean. The owners were very attentive and pleasant. We were very comfortable, but they should take into account the small details mentioned above. Our satisfaction was 9.

È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole, il B&B è facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi che con i mezzi ed è servita molto bene, è possibile anche il parcheggio, i locali sono arredati con gusto, molto curati anche per le pulizie che vengono effettuate quotidianamente. La proprietaria è davvero disponibile ed in grado di risolvere qualsiasi problematica. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura In quanto è vicinissima all’ospedale di cisanello. La posizione è ottima per chi ha necessità di raggiungere l’ospedale a piedi. Nei dintorni vi è la farmacia, l’ospedale e un bar pizzeria. La zona è comunque servita dai mezzi pubblici. La struttura è molto pulita e le camere sono luminose e confortevoli. La proprietaria è sempre gentile e disponibile. Vi è la possibilità di utilizzare la cucina ma il frigorifero è staccato per cui si possono conservare solo pochi cibi nel mini frigo in camera. L’unica cosa un po' fastidiosa è che la biancheria è stata cambiata una sola volta su sette giorni, però la motivazione è il rispetto dell’ambiente, per cui noi l’abbiamo accettata.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub! Wir waren für 10 Tage in Pisa und die Unterkunft war herrlich. Es handelt sich dabei um eine wunderschöne Wohnung zwischen Flughafen und Krankenhaus. Dies stört jedoch gar nicht, denn der Flugverkehr ist kaum wahrzunehmen. Zur Bushaltestelle hat man lediglich 5 Min. zu gehen und erreicht bequem die Stadt. Auch umliegende Städte wie Florenz, Lucca oder die Insel Elba sind gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man hat alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht und vor allem in einem TOP Zustand. Die beiden Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und kümmern sich sehr um ihre Gäste, was dem Charm Italiens entspricht. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub und Aufenthalt in Pisa! Beste Grüße Florian.

Mi sono recata in questo B&B per motivi personali. Devo dire eccellente. L'appartamento è veramente molto ben curato, con gusto comprese le camere. Ci sono tutti i comfort, non manca proprio nulla, pulizia ed ordine ottimi; inoltre è vicinissimo logisticamente all'ospedale e ai mezzi pubblici (5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento), con cui si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti i centri commerciali, bar e in poco più di 15 minuti il centro di Pisa. Ma ciò che più mi ha fatto piacere in assoluto è la proprietaria, la signora Tina una persona splendida, nel vero senso della parola, discreta che mi ha lasciato l'appartamento sin da subito, in fiducia, a completa disposizione. Tutt'ora sono in contatto con lei e la porterò sempre nel cuore. Se leggerai la recensione grazie Tina sono felicissima di averti incontrata nel mio cammino. Un bacione Eleonora.

La camera era davvero bella, super calduccio, comoda, terrazzino per fumare, tutto nuovo e moderno. Pulitissimo. I proprietari sono di una squisitezza indescrivibile, persone deliziose. come stare da degli zii. per quanto concerne la posizione del B&B, è accanto all'ospedale Cisanello (io ho soggiornato perché avevo da fare la), il centro è raggiungibile facilmente col bus che passa ogni quarto d'ora. il quartiere è periferico, con annessi e connessi (io ero da sola e non ero serenissima quando stavo fuori di sera). colazione buona, fette biscottate, marmellata, caffettino, latte e merendine. Enjoy.

La brezza della primavera non è solo nel nome ma anche nell'ospitale appartamento e nella cordiale accoglienza della signora Tina disponibile nel rendere il soggiorno più confortevole. Commentare la posizione è superfluo, più facile a vedersi che a dirsi, l'ospedale è a 4 passi. Spero di ritornarci con la mia famiglia per un soggiorno di relax. Consigliato per brevi e lunghi soggiorni.

Io ed i miei genitori siamo stati cinque notti questo fantastico appartamentino. L'appartamento era come nelle foto, di recente ristrutturazione e super pulito, cosa purtroppo non facile da trovare. La proprietaria, ovvero la Signora Tina, è una donna fantastica, disponibilissima e simpaticissima. La struttura è a due passi dall'ospedale, comodissimo da raggiungere a piedi, in quanto con la macchina è impossibile. L'appartamento ha anche il parcheggio. Consigliatissimo.

Bellissima camera, perfetta la pulizia degli ambienti e comodissimo lo spazio cucina che permette di preparasi il cibo senza dover ricorrere sempre al ristorante. Ottima anche l' accoglienza e la cura che i proprietari hanno dei loro ospiti (sono veramente due persone splendide!).In altre parole stra-consigliato.

Camera molto bella, soprattutto molto pulita. Anche la biancheria molto pulita e profumata. I letti comodissimi. I gestori molto cortesi. Il posto è molto comodo a tutti i punti di interesse.

I gestori sono molto gentili e disponibili, la struttura è in posizione tranquilla e comodissima per recarsi all'ospedale (dove dovevamo andare noi), si va a piedi e vi è il posto per lasciare l'auto perché altrimenti all'ospedale il parcheggio è a pagamento. La camera era carina, linda così anche il bagno. Anche per chi vuole recarsi in centro a Pisa la posizione è comoda in un quarto d'ora con il pullman arriva alla stazione.
