One of the best bed and breakfasts I have stayed at. The location is simply excellent, very close to the train station and even closer to Arezzo's historic center and all the attractions and places to visit. The room was spacious and immaculate, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Worth highlighting is the kindness of the woman in charge of check-in and the small courteous touches in the room; I have not found these even in 3- or 4-star hotels. Unfortunately I did not book breakfast because I planned to leave the hotel very early on the two days I stayed.
