Blu Studio is a small garden property, 10 minutes from the station and less ten minutes from the historical center
The house has two bedrooms each with a personal bathroom.

The room on the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed but can be prepared alternatively with two single beds.

In the spacious living room kitchen, shared space you find everything you need for breakfast or cooking.

Franco is a kind and knowledgeable host. Just for him, it is worth a visit. But the room is also more than adequate and well positioned to access the city walls in just a few minutes. In short, a nice place and a nice person, a combination that is not easy to find.

I stayed here with my family for 4 days during the Easter holidays and we had a great time. The B&B is located 5 minutes on foot from the walls of Lucca in a convenient location both to reach by car and by train and then to explore the city on foot. Mr. Franco is a very kind and helpful person, never intrusive, and upon arrival he explained the house rules and gave us many useful tips for getting around the city. The house is very beautiful and unique, excellent cleanliness, a homemade breakfast but equipped with everything, the attic room is huge. There are many stairs, so it is not recommended for people with mobility issues, but for everyone else, even for those traveling with children like us, the structure is absolutely recommended! If we return to Lucca, we will definitely choose this B&B again.

The real surprise of this house, which is still in a crucial position to visit the city on foot, is its host Franco, who was really kind and welcoming. You can see how much he loves his city by creating an itinerary for us with a map in hand and telling us anecdotes that made our visit to the city really delightful. Walk. We followed his itinerary to the letter and saw everything important that could be seen in one evening/night, also recommending a restaurant where we had dinner really well. Thank you Franco for the hospitality. I recommend a visit to everyone.

The manager is very kind, the property is close to the walls of Lucca but in a secluded, quiet place full of flowers. Everything is very nice. You can park your car safely, and in 15 minutes on foot, you are in the center. We were very satisfied. Thank you Franco.

We had a great time in every aspect. The environment is very cozy and peaceful, with that warmth of home that embraces you. The manager and his wife are delightful people. Moreover, it is located a few minutes' walk from the walls. I recommend going to discover in person.

I stayed here for a New Year's concert at the Teatro del Giglio. The friendliness, courtesy, and great availability of the manager, along with the excellent location and cleanliness, make this Blu Studio a huge strength. Absolutely recommended. If I go back to Lucca, and I will, I will book here again.

Thank you very much to Franco and his family for the welcome! Everything went well. The room is comfortable and clean, with a large private bathroom. The common living room is pleasant and aesthetically furnished. The house is located five minutes from the south entrance of Lucca on foot and 5-10 minutes from the station. The environment is very peaceful and green, like in the countryside.

The property is very close to the center of Lucca, without using a car you can easily see everything: with a bike in ten minutes or on foot in 20, you can reach the walls of Lucca and several supermarkets in the area. The apartment is located in a quiet area because it is in a street away from the center, there is a beautiful garden and a private parking space (which is not obvious because it is difficult to find parking in Lucca). The kitchen is shared with other guests but can be used at any time and has everything needed for cooking (any type of pan, kettle, plates etc). Breakfast is Italian and there are croissants, milk, butter, yogurt available, but you can also buy anything and keep it in your own refrigerator and pantry space. I had a private bathroom, large, with shower and tub, some towels are also provided and clothes can be washed if needed. The house is very beautiful, full of art objects, photos and is really very welcoming. The owner was very kind, gives useful advice and ensures that everything goes well without being intrusive! It was a pleasure to stay there and I will gladly return! Recommended also for girls traveling alone.

Quiet place with kitchen available for a quick meal. Everything you need for a good stay is there. The city center can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The manager is very friendly and available for a chat or to provide you with tourist information. Spacious bathroom and bedroom. All clean and comfortable. Breakfast is normal.

The owner of the Blu Studio is simply fantastic. He welcomed us with enthusiasm and warmth. With passion, he illustrated what is important to see, also giving us extremely useful tips. The house is full of art objects. There are no lacks of comfort and the great thing is that the car stays in a private space. From the Blu Studio, you can easily walk to Porta Elisa or Porta San Pietro and from there you can easily move around using both the city walls and the main streets.
