Description

Blue Garden is a very special small B&B where you can find a welcoming environment.

A well-kept garden where you can relax, works of art and installations are in all the rooms and outside.

Upon arrival we will provide information on the city in order to optimize your stay.

Each room has its own bathroom, in the house only two rooms and a large living room-kitchen.

The kitchen-living room is the shared space where you can prepare breakfast.

In the historical center, the guests can rent bicycles to explore the city and for excursions in the surrounding area.

I'm an artist, the house is basically an art gallery with artwork by myself and my colleagues.

I'm passionate about ikebana and flower arrangements in general, if the season allows it, in the rooms there are flowers from our garden My name is Franco and together with my wife Miilena, we welcome guests.

We like this job a lot, and our goal is to make sure that everyone who arrives can feel welcome and at ease.

We can provide all the information to optimize the visit to the city and give advice to get to know the great variety of the landscape of the province.

Franco, the host of the accommodation, is a great person who gave us many excellent tips about restaurants, sights, or other things in his hometown. That helped us a lot. However, we had expected something different from his B&B than what we received. But people who are used to staying in hostels will feel very comfortable here. We had booked breakfast, but we had to make the coffee ourselves and also wash the dishes. The cornetti packaged in plastic are simply the most basic Italian standard. The accommodation is located outside the city walls and the historic city center is within about a 10-15 minute walk. It was great that the parking on the property was included.

È il prezzo che fa la differenza, a quel prezzo a Lucca non si trova niente, dunque non si può pretendere colazione (peraltro abbondante e con varie opzioni) servita eriverita... È molto apprezzato dagli ospiti il fatto di poter fare colazione liberente all'ora che vogliono, come a casa propria. IlRitz offre altri servizi ma decisamente ad altro prezzo.

The owner, Mr. Franco, was very kind and friendly, providing us with valuable information to visit the city. The property is surrounded by greenery and is rich in small works of art created by the owners. The attic where we slept is very nice, equipped with all comforts and a very clean private bathroom. We will return! Highly recommended.

On the occasion of a pleasure trip, my two friends and I stayed for 2 nights at this Blu Garden to attend the Summer Festival. The owner Franco is very kind, well-prepared, and very helpful in giving directions for visiting his beloved city. A very simple apartment with all the necessary comforts. Great value for money. I recommend it for a weekend getaway. Breakfast is not served but available for overnight guests.

Great B&B if you are looking for a simple, comfortable accommodation close to main services/transportation. It is located just steps away from the train station and the center of Lucca. The host is truly helpful and kind. We stayed here for one night at a really competitive price and had a great time! The atmosphere is like being at home with an artistic touch.

Nice experience. Cozy environment and very hospitable hosts. Close to the train tracks which at times, for those with light sleep, can be a cause of nighttime awakenings. Room a bit warm but opening the windows solved the problem. Simple but good breakfast. Strategic location. In conclusion: satisfied.

Excellent value for money. Located in a quiet area very close to the walls of Lucca. Very helpful and welcoming managers. The attic room where my boyfriend and I stayed is spacious, bright, welcoming, and with a truly unique artistic touch. In addition to breakfast, there is a kitchen perfectly stocked with everything you need for cooking. Animals are welcomed, I brought my cat and she was very comfortable. Internal parking (which is not so obvious in Lucca) and bicycles are also available. I highly recommend this property.
