Within just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the T2 tram stop at Belfiore and the Santa Maria Novella train station. From there, it will be easy to explore the main attractions of the city, such as Piazza del Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery, the charming San Lorenzo Market, the Accademia Gallery, and the Visarno Arena, all of which are also easily accessible by public transport. There are also excellent connections to the airports of Florence and Pisa.

It has excellent connections to the airports of Florence and Pisa and is well-placed for visiting local attractions, being only a few minutes away from the Belfiore tram stop, the bus station, and Santa Maria Novella train station. It is situated next to the Palazzo Congressi and Fortezza da Basso, which offers ample parking. Nearby are the Uffizi Gallery, the Accademia Gallery, the Duomo, the Church of Santa Maria Novella, the Visarno Arena, and the Pitti Fair. Also within a short distance are the Careggi and Meyer hospitals.
