Description

Wrapped by the green and the quiet of the Lucchese countryside, 4 kilometers far from the Medieval walls of Lucca, you will find “La Corte”, a typical rustic building completely restored, trying to preserve the most characteristic elements, such as the wooden-beam ceilings and the “arches”, respecting the rustic Lucchese style.

Staying at “La Corte”, it is possible to take great pleasure in walking on the green hills around or going on bike trips up to the town or to the wonderful historical villas in the plain of Lucca (Villa Mansi, Villa Reale, Villa Torrigiani are only some of them).

From the centre of Capannori (100 metres) you can benefit from a handy bus service towards the historical centre of Lucca, or make use of the one towards the towns of Florence, Pisa, Viareggio and Montecatini Terme.

The completely restored B&B is endowed with 4 cosy and comfortable bedrooms, each one with private bathroom, air conditioned, TV led and the possibility to have an extra bed.

It has a private parking-place.

There is also a kitchen entirely equipped our guests can eat whit special price.

Breakfast is served by the owners, the Marchis family, in a large and romantic living room in winter and outside, on the threshing-floor, during summer time. You can taste very good typical cakes and delicious homemade jams.

B&B “La Corte” is situated in a strategic position if you want to reach artistic cities such as Florence, Siena, Volterra, and Pisa, which you can visit with a one-day trip. It is 1 kilometer far from the Firenze-Mare (A11) motorway’s tollhouse of Capannori.

Hello everyone, I'm Luca, the owner of this property. What can I tell you about myself? Well, I'm a carefree, cheerful, and optimistic person. If you need any information about the Lucchese countryside or the historic center of Lucca, I'm here at your disposal!
My structure is a simple rustic B&B, made from an old courtyard house from the early 1900s. We don't have any special rules: for us, cleanliness, order, dialogue with the customer (and a good breakfast) are the basis of everything. What else can I say? Come and spend a magical stay in the Lucchese countryside, I'm waiting for you!

We overall had a very good experience. Friendly and helpful manager, nice and clean facility, abundant breakfast. The room and bathroom are a bit small, but the quality-price ratio remains very good in my opinion.

I felt like I was at home, free in everything. Breakfast and dinner times with small but concrete attentions, like welcome guests who are very pampered. Having chosen two days of relaxation, I was more than satisfied, like a cherry on the cake.
