Silvia was a very lovely host and readily provided great local information. Breakfast enjoyable on terrace and good variety provided, including great coffee. Excellent location in Lucca.

Great location but you earn with the steps up to the 3rd floor. The building and rooms are charming if you are willing to trade convenience and modern for character and location, as well as a fantastic price. The host is warm and helpful without being intrusive so it really feels like your own flat. Definitely ask for recommendations for restaurants as Sylvia has great knowledge and won't steer you wrong. This is a great no frills budget option that keeps you in the center of everything! If you travel for the adventure and not to luxuriate in a fancy (expensive) hotel then this is a great place.

We enjoyed our one night stay in B&B Eveline, Lucca. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, overlooking the clock tower. Silvia made us very welcome and helped with booking a restaurant for that evening. Breakfast was a buffet of sweet and savoury choices plus coffee. The B&B was in a great location for exploring the town.

Superb position seconds from the main street down a quiet alley. Some street noise at night so rooms at the back would be quieter. Shabby chic decor so not for fussy contemporary minimalists.
Marvelous breakfast on terrace with view of one of Luccas towers across the roof tops. 7 flights of stairs and no lifts so good for fitness!

Bonne adresse en plein cœur de Lucca. On a bien dormi dans des petites chambres décorées au style années 30
Mieux vaut éviter les bagages lourds pour monter au 3ème étage.
Le matin on déjeune au son d’Edith Piaf avec vue sur la ville.

Accueil chaleureux, hôte de bon conseil. Appartement du début 1900, tout y est de, époque. 3 étages assez redoutables à monter avec des bagages. Pas de climatisation ni de télé. Très central et commerces tous proches.

Difficile de donner une mauvaise note après avoir séjourné dans ce B&B. L’accueil est chaleureux et attentionné. L'endroit est constitué de 6 chambres et de 3 salles de bain avec un grand salon et une salle à manger. A l'arrivée notre chambre nous attendait avec les serviettes soigneusement pliées et enrubannées ainsi qu'un beau savon. Le logement est silencieux bien qùen hyper centre avec un petit déjeuner différent tout les jours. Possibilité de le prendre sur le balcon avec une belle vue sur Lucques. Un petit bijou de Toscane!

Die Lage des B&B war sehr gut - gleich mitten in der autofreien Altstadtzone. Zum kostenfreien Parkplatz außerhalb der Stadtmauer waren es circa 15 Gehminuten. Die Vermieterrin war sehr freundlich und bemüht; das Frühstück schön angerichtet und ausreichend und der Blick beim Frühstück vom Balkon über die Dächer von Lucca fantastisch. Die drei Toiletten mit Dusche am Gang waren stets sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung befand sich im 3. Stock eines historischen Gebäudes ohne Aufzug. Es hat uns dort sehr gefallen und wir können es weiterempfehlen.

Una piacevolissima scoperta ! Lucca meravigliosa ed il B&B è assolutamente consigliato sia per la posizione, per la tranquillità, la gentilezza del gestore, la serenità che si respira durante tutto il soggiorno.
Considerando il " periodo di covid" nulla di più si potrebbe desiderare non ultimo la tranquillità della pulizia ed igienizzazione degli ambienti e l'attenzione posta.

La posizione di questo B&B è ottima. Purtroppo per il resto l'abbiamo trovato poco curato e abbiamo avuto diversi disaggi. Oltre alla mancanza di pulizie, in particolare nei bagni, abbiamo avuto problemi con le serrature di una delle nostre camere e sopratutto la serratura del portone che si inciampava ed era sempre difficoltoso aprire ed una sera abbiamo dovuto suonare ai vicini per farci aprire. In una delle nostre camere il termosifone non funzionava e c'era un gran freddo. Comunque Il ragazzo che ci serviva la colazione la mattina e stato molto gentile ma non abbiamo mai vista il gestore.

Il mio b&b si è sempre contraddistinto per la pulizia e l’accuratezza nei dettagli, amo il mio lavoro e i miei ospiti. Mi sorprende il voto 4 che avete dato alla colazione visto il quantitativo di cibo che avete mangiato ogni mattina. Per la serratura anche il ragazzo è sceso a farvi vedere che funzionava, infatti nessun’ospite ha avuto problemi. Che avreste avuto freddo lo avevate deciso già alla prenotazione viste le telefonate che mi avete fatto. Il motivo della mia assenza è stato di carattere personale molto grave, potevate chiedermelo in uno dei vostri messaggi a cui ho risposto tempestivamente, prima di scrivere a caso, motivo per cui ho chiesto aiuto ad un amico. Mi dispiace molto abbiate maltrattato il mio impegno, la mia serietà e l’amore che ho per il mio lavoro, riconosciuto da tutti i miei ospiti. Peccato! Silvia è un ospite a 360 gradi, piacevole e accogliente come la sua struttura. La posizione del B&B ė strategica (2 passi nel vero senso della parola dalla magnifica piazza Anfiteatro). Stanza grande, pulita e ordinata. Insomma ci tornerò!

Great B&B in a very central but quiet location. Remember that it is on the 3rd floor (no lift) if you have luggage and it has a shared bathroom setup which may not suit some. Host was lovely and breakfast plentiful.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nella camera blu tripla, è stato molto piacevole per il silenzio notturno pur essendo nella via principale, la stanza è fornita di tutto, l'arredamento in ogni suo ambiente ti riporta piacevolmente indietro nel tempo. Ottima l'accoglienza di Silvia, molto attenta e disponibile. La soluzione della colazione in terrazza ti fa godere di una bella prospettiva sui tetti di Lucca sui quali si staglia la torre delle ore.
Un unico suggerimento forse potrebbe essere abbinare il bagno ad uso esclusivo con uno più vicino alla camera in uso. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia godere delle bellezze di Lucca sia di giorno che di notte.

La soluzione perfetta per qualche giorno a Lucca. Camere pulite e ben arredate, una zona giorno a disposizione accogliente e un bel balconcino dove consumare la colazione. La gentile accoglienza di Silvia e la centralissima posizione chiudono il cerchio.

We had a lovely stay at Silvia’s bed and breakfast. The room was nice and comfy. It’s situated right in the heart of Lucca and it’s easy to get around and all the attractions are close by since Lucca is such a small town. Silvia made our salary very enjoyable and we were not missing anything.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, il B&B si trova in una via al centro di Lucca, zona molto tranquilla e confortevole. Per non parlare della proprietaria, Silvia, che fa sentire i suoi ospiti come se fossero a casa. Più che B&B sembra un hotel a 4 stelle. Da consigliare.

Prezzo alto per un servizio modesto. Pulizia scarsa. Struttura? Una camera e bagno in comune. La cucina è riservata al personale. Nessuna climatizzazione. Devi dormire con le finestre aperte per cui vieni svegliato dalla pulizia delle strade. Unico vantaggio: la centralità! A 20 mt da via Fillungo. Colazione piuttosto standard: frutta gelata da frigo, merendine confezionate, torta Cammeo, se va bene. The star. Cortesia formale. Una delle ragazze non capisce l'italiano.

Siamo rimasti molto contenti dell'ospitalità di Silvia, gestore del B&B, tra l'altro bravissima nel preparare ottime colazioni (arricchite con torte e dolcetti appena sfornati). La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, ben arredata (con mobili d'epoca) e, soprattutto, molto pulita. Il bagno, situato in un corridoio vicino alla camera, è piccolo ma carino e funzionale. Il B&B è situato all'ultimo piano di un bel palazzo del 1800, privo di ascensore, quindi non consigliato a chi ha problemi di mobilità. La posizione della struttura è ottimale invece per chi volesse perdersi fra le viuzze di Lucca. Il palazzo è infatti situato in una laterale di Via Fillungo, arteria principale della città (con bellissimi negozi e botteghe artigianali) e a pochi passi dalla Piazza Anfiteatro e dalle principali piazze e attrazioni turistiche/culturali di Lucca. Abbiamo avuto invece problemi con il posteggio dell'auto, in quanto i parcheggi disponibili per non residenti (tutti a pagamento) distano parecchio dal B&B (il più vicino è a quasi un km). Nel caso però ci si voglia avvicinare al B&B con l'auto, Silvia può provvedere alla richiesta di un permesso d'entrata provvisoria per il carico/scarico delle valigie. Di Silvia abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la disponibilità nei nostri confronti (ha consentito di portare in camera il nostro cane, ci ha fornito di ombrelli..) e la cordialità verso i tanti ospiti che in quel momento alloggiavano al B&B.

Posto meraviglioso con vista spettacolare. Centralissimo e pulitissimo. Silvia la proprietaria è disponibile e accogliente. Colazione variegata e con dolci coccole diverse ogni mattina.

Anche se ci sono un sacco di scalini da fare, il B&B è molto carino! Pulito e spazioso. Le ragazze sono molto cordiali e disponibili!
