The Ferro Bed and Breakfast is a cozy establishment located in Piano di Conca, a small hamlet of the municipality of Massarosa, just a few minutes away from the popular tourist destination of Viareggio.
It is an ideal environment for relaxation, where you can breathe in the fresh air of the Versilia hills while still having the opportunity to easily reach the seaside resorts of Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore, Pietrasanta, and Torre del Lago.
The proximity to the highway entrance allows for easy access to the historic cities of Lucca, Pisa, and Florence.
The Ferro Bed and Breakfast is the result of an old house renovated by the owners and furnished in a modern style.
The property includes 4 bedrooms (with 2/3/4 beds) and a room with a kitchenette located at the back, from where you can admire the splendid view of the Apuan Alps, which are easily accessible (with 2/4 beds).

The bed & breakfast “Da Ferro ” was born in Piano di Conca (small town of Versilia) along the way Sarzanese, and near the historical premises housing a restaurant locally renowed for local cuisine, a bar and a grocer’s shop, and all are called “Da Ferro”.
The premises, close to Alpi Apuane, is just 4 Km from the sea and the famous costal town of Viareggio, that it is know for its beaches and for the Carnival, which attracts people from any part of the world, because the building of paper-pup that are made for the occasion are very big.
The B & B is located in a favoureble area for the visit of some of the most important Italian town, as Lucca or Pisa, both are famous for their artistic heritage (in fact we don’t ignore the Mura of Lucca or Piazza dei miracoli at Pisa, that is considered one of seven wonders of the world).
Also are easy accessible numerous seaside resorts, including Viareggio, Lido di Camaiiore and Forte dei Marmi.

There are also 2 littlle apartments of 35 square meters that have the same comfort of the bedrooms but more have a kitchen.
Each bedroom is decorated in fresh rprovencial style.
On the back of B & B there is a lighted parking, that is reserved for the guests and a small garden.

Beautiful property, well-organized and clean! I am definitely fully satisfied with my stay. The manager is very kind and hospitable, also available to provide information on the best places to visit. Very good and plentiful breakfast. The property is easily reachable if you have a car: it could be a bit complicated to get there by public transport! Otherwise, highly recommended.

Nice property, very well maintained, in a single house dedicated solely for this purpose. Property garden with reserved internal parking for guests. The house is by the road, but the fixtures make the rooms sufficiently quiet. Furniture a bit minimalist, could use at least one more chair to place used clothes, otherwise not sure where to put them. Breakfast acceptable in terms of variety and quality, I have seen better. Great friendliness and availability of the manager, Mrs. Ilaria, whom we sincerely thank.
