A charming accommodation directly in the heart of the historical center of Florence, in the evocative frame of Duomo square, " B&B di Piazza Del Duomo" is the ideal base to visit and breathe the atmosphere of the wonderful center of Florence and enjoy the city's many attractions.

The B&B di Piazza del Duomo is located in a 15th century building (second floor, NO elevator) in the Oriuolo Street at the corner of Duomo square.

Piazza della Signoria, Ponta Vecchio, The Uffizi Museum, The Gallery Accademy and the shopping streets of Via Tornabuoni and Via dè Calzaiuoli. are at only 5 minutes walk.

Refined and pleasant rooms with privat bathroom with shower and with Lcd Tv, safety box, fan. Some rooms have a canopy bed and a beautiful view of the Cathedral.

The friendly and relaxed B&B is run by Luisa and Luciano, who would be happy to offer you suggestions and assistance to make your stay in Florence unforgettable.

I stayed for one night in the Brunelleschi room of this B&B. Well-kept and clean room, stunning panoramic view of the Duomo. Kindness, cordiality, and availability from the wonderful Mrs. Luisa. I will definitely return.

We stayed at the B&B in Piazza del Duomo for the weekend. The structure is very welcoming and clean, equipped with everything you need, from the windows you can see views of the cathedral and the dome. The location is excellent and allowed us to explore the whole city always having the opportunity to stop by the structure during the day for any eventuality, and at the same time to reach anywhere in a few minutes. The lady who manages it is very kind and helpful, both regarding the B&B services and for tourist information. Highly recommended!

The B&B di Piazza del Duomo was perfectly situated and in a beautiful location. However, there were ants in our room when we arrived. The host tried to remove them (with no luck) before our second night. We found the rooms to look less impressive than they do in the pictures and there are many bumps, scratches, and dirt on the walls. On our third night, there was a leak in one of the exterior hallways of the B&B and the AC in our room had started to leak. In both rooms we stayed in, it was extremely hot overnight (might have been winter blankets on the beds). The WiFi also did not work for us a portion of the time we were there. The host was sweet and wonderful, and we understand that it’s an older building, but we felt like some compensation should have been offered as we slept in a room with red ants for 2 nights.

Almost everything was perfect, but the breakfast was poor (we are not used to Nescafé) and there were some night noises from the street. In any case, I would recommend it to friends and relatives. Thank you.
