Description
Leopoldina ferme, restaurée à la main, qui est soigneusement conservé toute la culture rurale typique de la Toscane.

Le Blue B&B peut offrir à nos clients 4 chambres avec salle de bains privative et d'une télévision. Place de parking dans un grand parking à l'intérieur de la structure elle-même, sans risque pour le véhicule. Jardin toujours disponible.

Nos clients seront en mesure de se déplacer librement, parce que, à leur arrivée, sera livrée est la clé de l'entrée principale de la salle.

L'ensemble est immergé dans le calme de la campagne toscane, entouré de vignes et d'oliviers.

Our B&B is situated along the road that connects Valdarno with Arezzo, Regional Road 69, National Road 256, in the municipality of Laterina.

We are only 10 km away from the city of Arezzo, 13 km from Valdarno, 30 km from Siena, and 50 km from Florence.

Old Leopolda artisanally renovated! The rooms are comfortable with everything you need, including the small bathroom in the room! Everything is like it used to be, an experience I recommend! The owners are helpful and courteous! The quality-price ratio is unbeatable! I recommend it.

The room is livable despite the outdated furniture. I recommend replacing the shower curtain with folding doors, they are inexpensive and give a nice look.

One night stay, not very close to the highway. Friendly and helpful staff, room a bit dated but clean and complete with amenities. Limited parking, enough for 4 cars.

All'interno di una casa rurale d'epoca, ristrutturata con fedele riproduzione dell'architettura originaria, questo grazioso B&B rappresenta una soluzione ottimale per visitare un'area molto suggestiva della Toscana. I proprietari - Alessandro e Andrea - esprimono grande accoglienza e oltre a darci indicazioni su dove cenare e cosa visitare nei dintorni, ci hanno fornito interessanti cenni storici sulla zona. Si respira l'ospitalità genuina di chi apre le porte della casa in cui vive: gli ambienti sono curati e puliti e a colazione vengono offerte torte deliziose. Il rapporto tra qualità e prezzo è decisamente valido. Un posto in cui ritornare.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato solo per 1 notte perché di passaggio ma torneremo per un soggiorno più lungo. Accoglienza impeccabile da parte dei 2 simpaticissimi gestori. Posizione comoda vicino al centro ma tranquillissimo. Nella vista panoramica e un bel giardino dove passare piacevoli serate. Le camere sono pulitissime, lenzuola e asciugamani perfettamente puliti e profumati, buona colazione. Torneremo di sicuro.
