The Luschi Villa is an independent house from the early 1900s in the city center, fully renovated with taste. It features frescoed ceilings and decorated floors, and offers three rooms with private bathrooms, a beautiful common room, and a small courtyard where you can enjoy a coffee or tea, read a good book, or simply relax.

The Luschi Villa is located in the San Michele neighborhood on a quiet, residential, and elegant street, just a stone's throw away from the city center and the university campus. It is only a few meters away from the Faculty of Agriculture and Economics and Management, as well as the Congress Palace. It is only 100 meters away from the Lungarno and the green Viale delle Piagge, where you can go jogging or take a leisurely stroll along the river under the shade of lime trees.

Shops and a supermarket are just a few steps away.

It is easily reachable on foot from the Central Train Station in about 15 minutes and 20 minutes from the airport, which is only a 5-minute drive away. By bus, you can use the Pisa Mover from the airport to the train station, and then take bus number 13.

Breakfast can be enjoyed at the Fashion Café, just 20 meters away.

To welcome you even better, you can enjoy a coffee or tea and some snacks in the common room.

It is also possible to do a self check-in at any time.

It is a stone's throw away from the Faculty of Agriculture and Economics and Management, as well as from the Congress Palace. Great location, close to the historic center. After parking the car in the nearby paid parking, we were able to explore Pisa on foot. The room is clean and well-kept, in a quiet area. Isabella was very nice because she sent us a whole list of things to visit as well as restaurants and bars to try! We followed some of her advice and we felt great!

Isabella is really friendly and helpful. She was happy to share recommendations and was available for answering all of the questions. The room is really comfy, very comfortable bed, you will find there everything that you need. In the shared space a coffee machine was an additional advantage of the place. The location is near all of the important places but still in a calmer area. Breakfast you can use the vouchers in four different places nearby which is an interesting option. We had a really pleasant stay here.

The Villino is located in the semi-central area of Borghetto, very quiet, but still close to the center (Borgo Stretto can be reached in 10 minutes on foot by walking along the splendid Lungarno). The area is also well connected by buses both to the train station and to the Cisanello hospital if you arrive by train. Also by car, it is a convenient location because it is not difficult to park. The villino is an old structure, renovated and tastefully furnished, equipped with all essential comforts. The host Isabella is very kind and attentive to the needs of the guests. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Isabella was very responsive, we arrived very late due to some delays in Florence. All instructions were given over WhatsApp prior, getting in was smooth and easy. We took 2 double rooms, 1 by the front door and 1 upstairs. The rooms and common area were well appointed, and clean. Bed was super comfy. Water snacks and coffee/tea was a nice touch. We were spoilt for choice with 6 places to choose from for breakfast. We chose Vecchio Pasticceria Siciliana and had a delicious breakfast! Really enjoyed our short stay with Isabella, will definitely return!

The structure is in line with the expense incurred. The room, as shown in the photos on the website, is well furnished and very quiet despite the average traffic on the adjacent street. It is perfectly clean even in the least accessible areas, which I personally verified. Breakfast is served at some establishments located near the property, thanks to some vouchers included in the price. Another appreciation was for the availability and kindness of Mrs. Isabella. She not only made me feel comfortable but also pointed out some places to visit in the city and other 'places' where you can eat well. In summary, in three words: 'I am very satisfied'.
