Description
Offering a peaceful location and panoramic sea views, B&B Villa Panicucci is a typical Tuscan villa, 7 km outside Livorno centre. It features a free Wi-Fi zone and a garden with sun loungers.

Rooms come a private bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. There is also a cosy lounge with fireplace.

The port of Livorno is 15 minutes' drive away for ferries to Sardinia, Corsica and many other destinations. Pisa's historic centre is 30 minutes away by car.

Villa Panicucci is a delight and Gianfranco, the manager, is a true gentleman who we really liked. The villa is located in Montenero, on the hills above Livorno - or more precisely above Antignano. Our room, very clean and elegant, with a splendid view of Livorno and the sea, and our bathroom are examples of the best Italian taste: refined and functional (I imagine it's from the 1800s). The garden is also beautiful, with a magical panorama among trees and flowers. The breakfast is typically Italian and already present in the room - the coffee machine was the most essential thing for us and made us good coffees in the morning. Another important thing is that it's only a 25-minute drive from Pisa airport but far from the flight area, ideal! Will we come back? Without a doubt! Highly recommended.

Everything was very nice and well taken care of! Large rooms, equipped with all the comforts and with a magnificent view. Very kind and helpful owners. Unfortunately, our stay was very short but we will return.

We stayed in the apartment at the back of Villa Panicucci, with an independent entrance. We didn't have time for it, but it was still possible to spend time in the lovely garden of Villa Panicucci, overlooking the sea. The apartment is nice, comfortable, well organized, and clean. We only stayed for one night and it was a great solution for us. Breakfast with packaged products and fresh fruit. Excellent welcome from the owner.

We were excited to see the accommodation and the surroundings and we were not disappointed. We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment with a great view! Even though we stayed for only one night and arrived late in the evening, so we didn't fully enjoy the property, B&B Villa Panicucci definitely deserves a more than positive review, especially for the hospitality of Mr. Gianfranco! If we were to pass by Livorno again, this will definitely be a point of reference! Thank you.

Charming place, immersed in tranquility, but just a stone's throw from the city and the sea. The friendliness of the management makes you feel at home and is very pleasant to the eyes, it is the care of the details, in every form and nature. You feel at home even though you are kilometers away.
