Description
Offering a peaceful location and panoramic sea views, B&B Villa Panicucci is a typical Tuscan villa, 7 km outside Livorno centre. It features a free Wi-Fi zone and a garden with sun loungers.

Rooms come a private bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. There is also a cosy lounge with fireplace.

The port of Livorno is 15 minutes' drive away for ferries to Sardinia, Corsica and many other destinations. Pisa's historic centre is 30 minutes away by car.

Villa Panicucci is a delight and Gianfranco, the manager, is a true gentleman who we really liked. The villa is located in Montenero, on the hills above Livorno - or more precisely above Antignano. Our room, very clean and elegant, with a splendid view of Livorno and the sea, and our bathroom are examples of the best Italian taste: refined and functional (I imagine it's from the 1800s). The garden is also beautiful, with a magical panorama among trees and flowers. The breakfast is typically Italian and already present in the room - the coffee machine was the most essential thing for us and made us good coffees in the morning. Another important thing is that it's only a 25-minute drive from Pisa airport but far from the flight area, ideal! Will we come back? Without a doubt! Highly recommended.

Tutto molto bello e ben curato! Stanze grandi, dotate di tutti i confort e con una Vista magnifica. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno è stato brevissimo ma ci torneremo.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento posto sul retro della villa, con ingresso indipendente. Non ne abbiamo avuto il tempo, ma era possibile comunque trascorrere del tempo nel grazioso giardino della villa, che guarda il mare. L'appartamento è carino, comodo, ben organizzato e pulito. Vi abbiamo trascorso solo una notte ed è stata un'ottima soluzione per noi. Colazione con prodotti confezionati e frutta fresca. Ottima l'accoglienza del proprietario.

Wir waren gespannt auf unsere Unterkunft sowie auf die Umgebung und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einer schönen Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick! Zu unserer Freude fanden wir sogar eine komplette Küche vor. Die Gastgeber Gianfranco und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und herzlich und standen auch für Informationen zur Verfügung. Wir wünschen beiden alles Gute! Viele Grüße aus Berlin, Michaela, Mario & Mads Mato.

Anche se abbiamo pernottato una sola notte e siamo arrivati in tarda serata, quindi non abbiamo goduto la struttura nella totalità, Villa Panicucci merita sicuramente una recensione più che positiva anche per l'ospitalità del Signor Gianfranco! Se dovessimo passare ancora da Livorno, sicuramente questo sarà un punto di appoggio! Grazie.

Posto incantevole, immerso nella tranquillità, ma a due passi dalla città e dal mare. La cordialità della gestione fanno sentire a casa e molto piacevole agli occhi, è la cura dei particolari, in ogni sua forma e natura. Ti senti a casa tua pur essendo a km di distanza.
