Villa Isa is an ideal place from which to reach destinations of historic and artistic interest such as Terme di Saturnia, the famous hot springs spa, Pitigliano, the beautiful town built high on tufa rock, vineyards and the coastal seaport villages.
The Villa Isa has been completely restored, respecting the original architectural features.
Serena stone and travertine adorn the exterior of the building while inside the period furniture is authentic as well as comfortable.
The Villa is surrounded by a lovely, terraced garden of 2000 meters, with age-old trees, where in a serene atmosphere you can admire the sunsets of the Maremma, Argentario Cape, the islands of Giglio and Montecristo.
The Villa has 5 different types of rooms, all comfortably furnished, with sea and Maremma hill views independent heating, satellite TV, ceiling fans, and private bathrooms.
A spiral staircase leads to The Tower where our guests can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view. On The Tower deck our guests enjoy a breakfast buffet with fresh ricotta cheese, cereals, homemade cakes, biscuits, jams, honey, fresh fruit, yoghurt, tea, coffee, and fruit juices.

Sarah was a wonderful host and very attentive during my stay. The Adele suite was spacious and comfortable. Views were just incredible. This is very convenient to walking into the town and parking was easy and safe. I highly recommend booking at Villa Isa. You will not be disappointed in the value and quality!

Sara (and her parents) and villa were wonderful. We used Manciano as a "base camp" of sorts with an additional villa up the street. Sara's rooms were exceptionally clean and neat. She was very accommodating and kept great communication. The view is spectacular, especially from the roof. Only a few fyis which were not necessarily positive or negative: the wifi was iffy at times. Also, the villa is more dormitory style with a common kitchen and dining room and three rooms down a long hallway. So, if you're looking for only a room or a few rooms, then would recommend! Did not eat breakfast so can not comment.

Great location with great hostess. We got the large corner room which was more than spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a bit tight for the size of the room. Continental breakfast with sweets only except our hostess gave us some local cheese and meat one morning to taste which was very nice. Easy walk into Manciano and close to the other hilltop towns.

Consiglio vivamente Villa Isa per soggiornare in un paesino caratteristico vicino alle terme di Saturnia. La struttura è molto bella e ben tenuta, pulitissima! La proprietaria è gentilissima, ci ha consigliato sia riguardo i luoghi da visitare che i ristoranti in cui mangiare. La villa, inoltre, è vicina a supermercati, farmacia ed altri negozi. Il panorama che si può godere dal terrazzo, dove si può anche fare colazione, è spettacolare. Ambiente molto bello e rilassante.

Camera bellissima ampia, vista meravigliosa, letto comodo.
La stanza non è perfettamente insonorizzata, si sentivano voci e rumori degli ospiti accanto.
Nel complesso siamo stati benissimo.

La struttura di per sé è bella. La camera stretta e sulla strada. La colazione: solo 2 cialde al giorno (eravamo in coppia, quindi una a testa) che la proprietaria eroga con parsimonia, lasciandole in camera, di giorno in giorno. Una scala a chiocciola angusta, al limite del pericoloso, per raggiungere il terrazzo dove c'è una splendida vista dove si può, volendo, usufruire della cialda di caffè. Avremmo preferito una struttura più accogliente, più toscana... le terme di Saturnia libere sono a 14 km, frequentabili solo dalle19:30 in poi, visto l'affollamento esagerato anche nei giorni feriali. Nei dintorni c'è poco altro da fare e vedere.

Gentile signora Giorgi, la camera che ha prenotato si affaccia sul giardino e la strada adiacente alla Villa è una via secondaria per arrivare al centro storico distante due minuti a piedi. Il servizio di prima colazione, come specificato nella mail di conferma della prenotazione e per telefono, non è incluso nella tariffa della camera perché sospeso in questo periodo. Così, come Le era stato comunicato al telefono, mettiamo a disposizione dei nostri ospiti la possibilità di utilizzare, gratuitamente, un angolo cottura raggiungibile con una scala a chiocciola, circondata da due pareti e una ringhiera, dove è possibile prepararsi un caffè e/o un tè da noi offerto come cortesia di benvenuto. La nostra Villa è una residenza d'epoca degli anni '30 non un casale toscano e questo lo si può vedere in modo evidente dalle foto sul nostro sito web e sui vari portali. Le Cascate del Mulino (accesso libero e gratuito) sono a 10 km dalla nostra struttura e nel mese di Agosto, così come altri luoghi, sono molto frequentate dai turisti. Le ricordiamo che siamo nella zona degli Etruschi ricca di storia e tradizioni. A soli 5 Km abbiamo Montemerano uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia, a 20 km Le Città del Tufo (Pitigliano, Sorano, Sovana). Saluti Sara.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo a Villa Isa. La camera era pulita e perfettamente ordinata, cosi come il bagno. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e ottima posizione. Ci sono stati consigliati anche degli ottimi ristoranti in zona. Nel periodo in cui siamo stati non offrivano la colazione ma ci hanno fatto trovare tutto il necessario per una prima colazione da fare in camera. La vista ha reso tutto più bello! Consigliato!

Non sembra neanche un B&B, ma appena conoscerete Sara cambierete idea.
Situato a Marciano, la struttura è molto semplice ma con tutti i confort possibili.
Dispone un terrazzo dove si può fare la colazione con una veduta da (urlo) o rilassarvi alla sera dopo una giornata di mare o di visita. Sara è una super padrone di casa.
Raccomando le sue crostate, super. Andateci.

Villa situata in una strada secondaria e silenziosa. Ubicazione centrale per raggiungere le terme di Saturnia e il mare. Villa tenuta in ordine e con un grande giardino intorno ad essa curato. Possibilità di mettere la moto all'interno del cancello d'ingresso. Gestori giovani e affabili.

Pareva davvero carino in foto.. ma quando siamo arrivati siamo restati davvero colpiti ! In positivo ovviamente!
Terrazza splendida.. colazione con una crostata casalinga buonissima.. camere pulite semplici ma con tutto l'occorrente.
Sara che ti accoglie è disponibilissima e carina il palazzo è del 1938 tutto ristrutturato (chi ama e ha studiato un po' d'architettura apprezzerà) e la posizione dista poco da Saturnia, mezz'oretta dal mare e dal giardino dei Tarocchi.
Recensione più che positiva.

Villa Isa è una bellissima villa nel comune di Manciano, resta a pochi passi dal centro storico e tutte le attività commerciali del paese (negozi ristoranti bar distributori benzina etc) sono vicini alla struttura 5 minuti di strada a piedi per intenderci.
La struttura è ben curata, sia le camere e tutte le altre zone della villa sono in ordine e pulite.
Dal paese di Manciano si può partire per vari itinerari nella maremma, trovandosi questo, nel centro di molte località da poter visitare.
Il punto forte di villa Isa è la cordialità e la familiarità con cui si viene accolti, e in oltre è il gestore stesso a fornire spunti per visite culturali o itinerari da scoprire nella maremma e non solo.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo ed onesto
La colazione è abbondante con torte e dolci fatti in casa buonissimi.
Io ho passato una settimana meravigliosa con questa famiglia.
