Description

Villa Bolgheri Mare is a large property comprising a late 19th-century manor house and three other single-story buildings located in the surrounding park. It is located in Donoratico, in the municipality of Castagneto Carducci, 3. 5 kilometers from the Etruscan Coast. The park, the property's central focus, is surrounded by cypress trees, maritime pines, olive trees, and vineyards. The large swimming pool, exclusively for guests, is open throughout the season and offers numerous shaded areas with sun loungers and deckchairs. A Tuscan terracotta canopy welcomes guests for outdoor relaxation, even in warm weather. The spacious indoor and outdoor common areas offer the privacy of a home away from home.

The main structure of the villa is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, a large room is available upon request for holistic practices. On the upper floor, there are: 1) a SUITE with a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, large private furnished terrace, bathroom, and kitchen; 2) two DOUBLE BEDROOMS with ensuite bathrooms and access from the hallway to the shared terrace; 3) a JUNIOR SUITE with a double bedroom, bathroom, sitting area, and access from the hallway to the shared terrace. Close to the main building is the 4) LIMONAIA apartment, with two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a private garden, and a private entrance. Slightly set back from the main building is the 5) DEPENDANCE apartment, with two double bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom, with a private entrance on the ground floor.. 6) CASINA VERDE: a large 60 sq m open space with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, a double bedroom, anteroom with a spacious shower, a bathroom, a tiled garden with a table, chairs, and an umbrella, and a private entrance. 7) CASINA SALVIA: a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with a bathroom, a tiled garden with a table, chairs, and an umbrella, and a private entrance. 8) VIGNE APARTMENT: 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with kitchen, private garden with table and chairs, private entrance. 9) ULIVI APARTMENT: Living room with kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, private garden with table and chairs, private entrance.

Breakfast

Breakfast will be served, depending on the weather conditions, in the internal room or in the garden. We will serve a Mediterranean breakfast with fresh bread, eggs, baked goods, fresh ricotta, jams and marmalades, fruit juices, milk, coffee, herbal teas, tea, fresh fruit. Breakfast is included only in the double rooms with bathroom and in the suite. Not in the apartments.

The villa is located 3. 5 kilometers from the sea of the Etruscan Coast. It is 6 kilometers from the wonderful and picturesque village of Bolgheri with its famous cypress avenue, small shops, the famous little square and the numerous places where you can taste wines such as Sassicaia or Ornellaia which have made its territory famous throughout the world. 5 kilometers away is the birthplace of Giosuè Carducci, Castagneto which dominates the valley and the sea below. 25 kilometers away is the Gulf of Baratti with its archaeological park and 25 kilometers away is the city of Livorno and its large port. Pisa and its international airport are 79 kilometers away and Volterra is 55 kilometers away.
