Description
Villa Bolgheri mare is a large property made up of a late 19th century manor house, a cottage and an outbuilding. It is located in Donoratico in the municipality of Castagneto Carducci, 3. 5 kilometers from the sea of the Etruscan coast. The park, the fundamental focus of the property, is surrounded by cypresses, olive trees and vineyards. The large swimming pool exclusively for guests is open throughout the season. A Tuscan terracotta canopy welcomes guests for outdoor relaxation even in the hot season. The large external and internal common areas allow privacy like at home.
The main structure of the villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there are 3 large rooms available for guests with armchairs, sofas and a fireplace and a dining area. On the upper floor a SUITE consisting of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, large private furnished terrace and bathroom. And another 3 DOUBLE BEDROOMS with en suite bathroom. Near the main structure we find the large LIMONAIA with 2 double bedrooms and en suite bathrooms and a large living room and perfectly equipped kitchen. Independent entrance on the ground floor. Slightly away from the main structure we have the DEPENDANCE apartment with 2 double bedrooms, kitchenette and bathroom, independent entrance on the ground floor.

Breakfast
Breakfast will be served, depending on the weather conditions, in the internal room or in the garden. We will serve a Mediterranean breakfast with fresh bread, eggs, baked goods, fresh ricotta, jams and marmalades, fruit juices, milk, coffee, herbal teas, tea, fresh fruit. Breakfast is included only in the double rooms with bathroom and in the suite. Not in the apartments.

Pisa and its international airport are 79 kilometers away and Volterra is 55 kilometers away.
