We are located near Viareggio Beach & Promenade, in good position in city center near main park & various shops, bars, restaurants, pizzeria.
For Summer we offer you free of charge stay on our private beach (just paying a meal and drink 11€ working days - 14€ holidays & weekend).
We opened after completely restructuring. Original building structure & attitude of ‘800 has been maintained (typical architectural named "Viareggina", typical material & color). Structure is composed by Apartment (F1/F2) and double bedroom.
All bedroom have private bathroom ensuite or external air conditioning HVAC, TV LED & monitor, High speed internet (Optical fibre). All furniture (beds, mattresses, chairs,...) are new to ensure guests an excellent service. The entire property is non smoking (terrace/garden). Family room is avalaible with attached single/doube room.
Free parking (open area and covered area) is avalaible near B&B.
We might indicate you some nice place (restauran, pizzeria, pasticceria, bar,..tennis club) near us where you can enjoy ypur free time.
The Pineta Park (50 meters from us) offers a variety of games for children, guided trails for sports, tennis courts, nightclubs, dance floor and hire bikes (see link below).

Lovely B&B situated in town center in typical Viareggina House just 400m far away from beaches, 100 from main park (Pineta di Ponente) and 200 m from local storic commercial (around 900 shops). All most Versilia & Viareggio interesting places to see are reacheable by foot or via bicycle path (cycle rent in park “Pineta Ponente”). Bicycling is a common sport in area and are available bicycle paths.
B&B Viareggio is easily reachable by car (exit Viareggio and follow indication for city center) by railway (FF.SS. station at 300 m), by plane via international Pisa Airport (25 km, 15" A11) or Florence, coaches connect Viareggio to main Italian town (Rome, Milan).

Strategic location on the promenade of the seafront. Lovely, nothing is missing. Delightful common space for breakfast, abundant and varied. Rooms not large but with all the necessary accessories. The fridge does not work well and makes noise at night, better turn it off. Air conditioning, safe, wifi available everywhere, except in the room. Courtesy and organization, immediate solutions to all needs.
