Nice hotel to visit Florence. Well located, near the tram stop. The wardrobe needs a makeover. Mosquito repellent is mandatory. Nice hosts.

Sometimes the kindness of the staff fails to make up for all the shortcomings of an establishment. Unfortunately, this is the case for this B&B Sogna Firenze. Where to start? The plumbing, the electricity, the maintenance, the decoration? All these elements need to be thoroughly reviewed and corrected. I was disappointed, very disappointed.

Rimaniamo delusi anche noi dalla Sua recensione. Dunque, da dove cominciare? L'idraulica...l'impianto idraulico appena rifatto a novembre 2023, insieme al bagno, nuovo di pacca L'elettricità? Idem, l'impianto elettrico rifatto quando abbiamo ristrutturato la stanza: novembre 2023 La decorazione? Camera a tema, dedicata al personaggio fiorentino Michelangelo La manutenzione? Non è molto specifico nel dirci: che cos'è che non funzionava precisamente in camera? Ah si, la bottiglia di vino che ha rotto in mille pezzi e che ci abbiamo messo 30 minuti per pulire. O l'allagamento che ha fatto in bagno prima di partire, perchè non ha chiuso le porticine della doccia, quando la faceva. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo? 80 euro a camera a notte a maggio nella città come Firenze? Scommetto che il prezzo così basso lo trova solo in un ostello.

The B&B Sogna Firenze is quite cozy but, unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to enjoy it. The location is easily accessible. It's about a 15/20-minute walk to the Duomo. The room and bathroom are super clean and a decent size. Marina is an excellent host. She is very polite and always ready to help us. Breakfast was not included. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Lovely, cozy little place, a bit further outside but still within walking distance from the center. Nice to get out of the touristy area. There's a laundry shop, some cafés, restaurants, bus stops, and metro stations within a 5-minute walk.

Good value for money, proximity to the station and the center of Florence. The manager of B&B Sogna Firenze is friendly and helpful. Good breakfasts served at a nearby bar.

Mrs. Marina who manages the property is exceptional. The affiliated garage is superb in terms of quality, honesty, and price. Pain points are the breakfast, a bit scarce, and the furniture in the room. There is no table to place the suitcases. There are dated but non-functional cabinets. But honestly, one cannot expect more, given the affordable cost for a city like Florence.

Structure close to a short distance from the center and easily reachable on foot from the train station. As soon as my boyfriend and I arrived, we were greeted in an indescribable way and with surprising kindness. We immediately felt at home. Well-maintained structure and above all very clean. We were given a very spacious room with an excellent bathroom. Well-equipped structure and we were given all the useful indications to reach the most beautiful places to visit in the city and the respective places where to eat with advice on how to reach everything. Room always clean and fragrant upon our return in the afternoon. Breakfast more than satisfying because there is a buffet where you can have croissants, pastries, yogurt, fruit, make toast and various drinks. We will definitely go back and I recommend it without any doubt.
